Jessie's Pov.

I was kind of suspicious when my parents packed pretty much my entire room to send me off to Cuba for a soccer game. But then again its like a 4 month trip because we are training there for a bit too. My parents looked really sad when I left which I can understand because they aren't going to see me for a while, but its not like they'll never see me again. I promised that I would contact them when I landed safely and would try to stay in contact with them throughout the trip.

Once I left the house a bodyguard came and picked me up and helped me get my luggage checked and too get on the plane. Then he had to leave because he wasn't supposed to come. On the plane I thought about everything that I was going to miss from back home. I won't see my friends from school, I won't be able to go for those morning runs down my street, I won't see my parents everyday, it was all quite depressing actually. But then I thought of all the fun I was going to have on this trip! It was kind of weird that none of my team mates are on my flight but this plane might've been full before they could get their tickets.

When I was back home everyone always told me that I didn't look anything like my parents, which was true. I have a thinner nose than them, they have green eyes and I have hazel or sometimes chocolate brown, I didn't look like them at all. But its not like they're not my parents, I think? Oh well I'll ask them when I get back.

Its been 7 hours into this 12 hour flight to Cuba and I'm so fricking bored!!!! I never sit still for this long! I'm always on the feild practicing or running. Kitchener is known for soccer, all we do is play soccer. My team is the best team for our age group in Canada and we'll be going to nationals soon! So this trip is probably extra practice. Kitchener is also very smart, we have special programs in almost every school. We aren't that stuck up but we do take pride in our grades. Everyone in the school has atleast a 90% average. We don't really care what we dress like, the pecking order is chosen by grades and by physical abilities. It's not uncommen for someone to wear their soccer uniform to school atleast 3 times a week.

Nobody really likes to go to the mall to shop, we all go to just hang out after practice when we're to tired to go skateboarding or snowboarding. Nobody stays up past 10 either unless they have a lot of homework because we need rest inorder to beable to do our best.

"Ladies and gentleman please fasten your seatbelts we are begining to start our descent. We will be arriving at our destination in 15 minutes."
