"what do you mean you're not going to my party?" william questioned the brown girl. as she picked up vinyl records, looking at them so fascinated.

"uh, don't question her. she's not going to the party." xavier gave william a not-so-subtle side eye.

"but she has to. everyone will be there." william scoffed.

"she doesn't like parties."

"yeah, i don't like parties." agreed nez as she came into contact to a guitar that was hung.

"you won't even come to hang out with me? or chris?" william pleaded.

"no, i won't. if you wanna hangout so bad, ditch your lame party and join my tv-marathon." nez told william.

"but then x wouldn't have a ride home."

"dude, i'm so down to skip your lame party to watch tv." xavier commented, earning a glare from william.

"i'll ask chris." william nodded his head.

"wait, you're actually considering it?" nez choked on her spit in surprise. "i wasn't being serious, i hope you know that." her face grew warm.

"well i am being serious when i say, i'll ask chris."

"chris better say no. he's not allowed over anymore, not when nez is home." xavier squinted his eyes at william.

"i'm right here, you know." nez spoke, voice laced with annoyance.

"you're not friends with chris, i hope you know that." xavier said directly to nez, earning an eye roll.

"i haven't even known him for a day." she sighed.

"yeah, and has also been nonstop hitting on you." xavier was equally annoyed.

"ignore it. you told me yourself, he's a føkkboy." nez replied knowingly.

"so, you admit, he's not your friend. he's a føkkboy."

"no." nez inhaled deeply. "he is my friend. he is a føkkboy."

"hennezy." xavier's voice was low with a warning tone. "that's not acceptable."

"good thing i'm old enough to make my own decisions." nez scolded.

"guys, chill." william shot the siblings a look, causing them to both raise their hands in surrender. william had to let out a small laugh considering that the two were basically like twins. "let's get some tequila in you two and settle it later."

"ooh, you do not want to see me on tequila." nez chuckled, pursing her lips.

"yeah. what ever happened to not using alcohol to change people's minds too? she's not going to the party." xavier raised an eyebrow at william.

"that's not what i meant." scoffed william. "why would i still try to convince her after she said no?"

"the same reason why you're still pining after noora after she's turned you down like 10 times." xavier retorted with a little laugh.

"knuelle deg drittsekk." william shoved xavier, making xavier laugh even more. (translation: fuck you asshole) "it's a work in progress."

"in order for it to be a 'work in progress', progress would have to be made." william flipped xavier off, mumbling under his breath as he trailed away from the two.

"look, you made him upset." frowned nez as she turned in the direction william had gone. xavier turned with her as she stared at him.

"wh- are you are serious?" he raised an eyebrow. "no."
