"I'm still thinking about Valerie. Sino kaya talaga ang break ng lahat ng lease nila."

"Aside from Coleen?" She shakes her head.
"Sino kaya talaga no?" Richard ask
"Your guess is as good as mine. Ay, wait lang. Coleen is calling."
"Hi Didi. How are you?"
"Sorry hindi kami nakapunta."
"Sinadya mo ata e."
"Hindi ah! May bagyo di ba?"
Dei laughed. "Oo nga, sabi nga ni Mister Ayman at nakita ko din sa news. Okay ba kayo dyan?"
"Okay naman. Nakapag-prepare naman kami pero malakas talaga yung bagyo. Yung mga kids natakot sa lakas ng hangin at ulan"
"Sina Yaya?"
"Okay naman sila."
Dei nods.
"So kaya ako tumawag...."
"Bakit?.."
"May news ako." Coleen says
"Bakit parang ang neutral, news?" Dei asks
"Kasi..."
"Didi, anong ginawa mo?"
"Well..."
"Ano ngaaaa.. Mamatay naman ako nito sa suspense."
"Eto naman, kung makasabi, mamatay..Eto na nga" Coleen said
"Nagtanong tanong ako kung sino ang nag-break ng lahat ng lease ng pamilya nina Valerie." she continued.
"Kanino ka nagtanong.. Ay wait, bakit hindi ko naisip yun. Si Mrs Flores ang tinanong mo no?"
Mrs. Flores is their dad's former secretary. When the man passed away, she continued to work for the Mendozas. She now has a staff of 6 assistants to help oversee the schedule of the Mendoza siblings and to assist them.
"Oo na. Oo na. She said na it's possible to break something like that pero from experience, it needs a higher approval. And kuya said he doesn't know about it. So..."
"Oh my goodness.. No..."
"Yes, Dei. Yes."
"I'm going to have to call them."

Dei blushes. The older couple looks at Dei.
