Katherine moved her hand and Aaliyah felt it. She looked at her to be sure.

" She's awake! " She screamed.

" Don't do this Aaliyah. " Shawn said without even looking at Katherine. He kept whispering something on her ear like " Wake up please baby ".

" Shawn! " She screamed on his ear and then he stood up and looked at Katherine. Her eyes were opened and she looked so confused.

" What ..happened? " She asked while looking at both Shawn and Aaliyah. She was still weak but she could speak normally.

" You're awake! Oh my God! You're awake! Aaliyah she's awake! "

" She heard us big bro! "

And then they both hugged her as hard as they could. She hugged them too. Their parents heard them and they imediatelly came in, and the smile on their face showed everything. Katherine is awake.

" Woah woah, slow down kids. You're not planning to make a toast of her? " Shawn's dad said and they all started laughing. Then the doctor arrived and he said that everything is okay and that Katherine can go home tomorrow.

Shawn didn't want to bother her with questions he had. He wanted to wait until she's ready to tell him everything. Yes, he wanted to know every moment that she had survived. He wasn't there when she needed him the most and he was aware of that. He was aware of everything. However he was thinking, if something happened there, nothing will change his relationship with Katherine. But he was hoping that actually nothing happened. Not because of him but because of her. The whole day he spent with her there, he didn't notice anything weird in her behavior. She was okay. And of course she was, he was there with her. When she's with him she doesn't need to worry about anything. There was nothing to worry about. Or maybe she just thought that.

The day passed as quickly as other days did. Shawn's mum bought some clothes for Katherine because someone probably stole her own clothes on the airport after she left her bag and went with Chris. When she was ready they finally went home.

" Hun is that a problem for you to be in Shawn's room while I'm preparing another room for you. " Shawn's mum asked Katherine.

" It's not a problem. You don't need to do anything. I mean, I can stay here. "

Shawn smiled and his mum winked.

" I mean if I'm not bothering Shawn. "

" Of course you're not. " Shawn said. His mum left the room and they were finally alone.

" Do you want to talk with me? "

" No. I mean, not now. Maybe next time. I'm not feeling okay. "

Before they came home everything seemed normal but actually everything changed. There was no smile on Katherine's face. And when Shawn thought it can't be worse... when the night came he saw that nothing will be the same.

Katherine was sleeping in his bed while he was sleeping on a couch. He fell asleep after 3 days and then some noises woke him up.

" Shawn help me. Please. Shawn please."

He came closer and he looked at Kat. She had a nightmare. He woke her up and told her not to worry because he's with her. But that was nothing like the nightmares a few nights after.
