Kai And The 'Staff Of Elements'

Kai was helping set up the Halloween decorations with the other ninja. As he put up his part of the decorations, he thought about what costume he should wear. He grinned as he went to find Nya. Kai found Nya in the bridge talking with Jay and he taps her shoulder. "Hey sis." Kai says.

"Hey Kai. You need something?" Nya asks. "Um, would you mind if I asked you without motor mouth here?" He asks quickly. Jay got the memo and left the siblings. "Nya, would you like to twin with me for our costumes?" He asked. "Oh, sorry Kai. Jay and I are going to be peanut butter and jelly. But maybe next time I can do it." She says.

Kai frowned but nodded. Then it hit him. He went to his room and took red contacts out and put them on. Then he grabbed his Zukin GI from Chen's tournament and smirked at his costume. He made a replica of the staff of elements and before he knew it, Cole and Lloyd walk into the room. Kai took that moment to scare the two and then go scare Jay.

Jumping out of the closet he was in, Cole and Lloyd scream like little kids. "What the heck Kai!?" Cole yelled. Lloyd looked closely at Kai's costume but immediately backed away. "Kai, what are you doing?" He asks, clearly afraid. Kai grinned and started to chase Lloyd around the bounty. When Lloyd was cornered, Kai raised his replica and bonked Lloyd on the head with it.

"Ow. Uh Kai, is that even real?" Lloyd asks. Kai didn't answer because Zane, Jay, and Cole tackle Kai to the floor. "PROTECT LLOYD!" he yells. "HIDE HIM IN PILLOWS. HE WOULDN'T THINK OF LOOKING THERE." Zane yells back. Lloyd facepalmed and watched as Zane and Cole held Kai's hands. Jay took the replica and threw it on the ground to break it. The replica Staff of Elements broke and Kai glared at Jay. "JAY YOU RUINED MY COSTUME!" He shouts as his hands begin to heat up.

"Wait a minute. This is your costume? We actually thought that you had Chen's staff again and it was making you chase Lloyd." Zane says. "Bro, maybe warn us before you make us beat you up and send you to Kryptarian Prison. That was not cool Kai." Cole says. Kai shrugged but was tackled again but by Nya. "Gah!" Kai yelled as he fell once more. "I heard you guys yelling. What's wrong with your eyes Kai?" Nya asks.

"You know what? I'm just going to take this off and stay away from everyone until I can fix my FAKE Staff of Elements. But I scared Lloyd real good. See ya guys." Kai picks up the broken replica staff and headed back to his room. Everyone watched as he shut the door. Lloyd was wiping tears from his eyes and still had a shiver of fear from Kai's costume.
