Shockolate Quake (Jay x Cole)

Thunder sounded in the distance as the ninja trained on the deck. Jay jumped in surprise and Cole chuckled. "Scared of thunder, motormouth?" Cole asked. Jay shook his head but the thunder sounded again even closer. Jay grabbed Cole's arm and buried his head in fear.

"Ah come on. How is the Master of Lightning scared of thunder? Its not that scary." Cole says. "I've always been afraid of thunder since I was a kid. My parents tried to comfort me but I never felt safe whenever I heard it." Jay says.

"That's pretty shocking, if you ask me." Cold says. Jay looked up and his eyes locked with Cole's. "Did you just make a pun?" Jay asked half smiling. Cole quickly turned away from Jay's face. "No! I'm just surprised that you're scared of a sound like thunder." Cole says blushing.

Jay stood up and Cole sighed as they continued their training with the others. By the time it was around noon, the ninja were all inside because of the rain. Jay was hiding out in his room working on something for the kitchen. Cole was actually in the kitchen and was eating from the chocolate ice cream container.

Zane walks into the kitchen and he frowns when he saw Cole eating the ice cream. "It is not wise to stuff oneself with too much sugar or else you will become sick later." He says. "Ah man. I'm out of ice cream. I'll go get some more then." Cole says ignoring Zane.

Jay looked over his notes that Zane helped him compile and started to use his now modified blender to make a vanilla milkshake. He reaches into the mini fridge and pulled out a small bottle of milk as well as the ice from the cooler beside it.

Following the instructions Zane had told him, he put the ice cubes in first, milk second, and finally a few drops of vanilla flavoring. 'This should work faster than it did before.' Jay thought as he put the lid on the blender. Flicking it on, Jay watched it start to work.

Cole walked to the store in the rain with his umbrella. Once he was inside, he went to the ice cream aisle and put a couple tubs of chocolate ice cream and one Napoleon ice cream tub in his cart. After checkout, he walked back to the bounty happy about his ice cream trip.

Jay on the other hand was so excited to have the milkshake test taste when the blender started to shake. Jay tries to turn it off but not only did it not work, the lid blew off and the blender spewed the contents out. "Dang it. Now my room's going to stink for a week after I clean this up." Jay complained.

The blender gave one last sound before just falling apart with smoke coming from the now broken blender. Jay groans and left his room to get bleach and a mop. Walking over to the supply closet, he passed Cole who hummed the Weekend Whip. Finding the mop was easy but the bleach was no where to be found.

"Hey guys! Where's the bleach?" Jay called out to his friends. Lloyd pops his head out of his room and comes over to him. "I used the last of it to prank Kai. But its not like I wouldn't give my boyfriend a pass on my pranks. Also, how was the blender test?" Lloyd asked.

Jay's face contorted as he didn't know how to feel. "Did you mess with it during morning training?" He asked accusingly. Lloyd smirked making Jay groan. "You know, maybe you should confess to Cole about your feelings. Listen to the Ultimate Gay Lloyd." Lloyd says.

"Ultimate Gay Lloyd? Wait a second, how'd you know about my feelings for Cole?" Jay asked. "Like I'd tell you. But if you want to confess to Cole, I suggest doing it around something you both like. U.G. Lloyd out!" Lloyd says disappearing in a cloud of green smoke.

"I swear, he's still a kid with those smoke bomb exits." Jay says as he decided to use plain cleanser to clean up his room. He sighed as he got the last spot. "That was exhausting. I wonder what Cole is doing." Jay says.

Cole was in the kitchen having the ice cream he bought and also putting some in a bowl for someone else. He sprinkled chocolate chunks onto the ice cream in the bowl. Then he took chocolate syrup and tried to form a lightning bolt in the middle of it.

"Perfect. Jay is gonna love this when I give it to him." Cole says grabbing the bowl and heading for Jay's room. Cole knocks on the door and it opens showing a tired Jay. "Hey Cole. What you got there?" Jay asked. Cole hands the bowl to Jay and a smile creeped up on his face.

"Thought you'd want something." Cole says. Jay looks down at the ice cream and notices the chocolate lightning bolt. "Awe, thanks Cole. You're the best!" Jay says just as both of them lock eyes. "I like you Jay. More than cake and chocolate." Cole starts.

Jay blushes and smiled. "I feel the same way about you Cole. I've just been too shy to admit it." Jay says. Taking each other's hands, Jay pulls Cole into his room and they end the night with a movie and ice cream.
