"Virgil went into his room again."

Who would've thought such a petite phrase would have such impact on the people gathered in Patton's room.

Logan, who had been peacefully sipping on his coffee while the ears on the onesie he was wearing bounced slightly with every time his head tilted to take a sip had dropped the mug, making the half-empty cup crash onto the floor and chatter in a thousand pieces.

The logical trait, normally so cold and focused, was now shaking slightly as he started typing on his laptop at an inhuman-like speed.

Patton, who had had the slightest smile on his face just stood in front of me, his face blanc, the emotional side had no idea how to react to the newly brought news.

"Is it going to be as bad as last time?" My voice sounded raspy as if I hadn't spoken in years and I slowly lifted my arms to invite the still emotionless Patton in for a hug which he accepted by stepping forwards and letting me wrap my arms around him, all the while looking at Logan who was checking the stats.

"Worse if his mood keeps decreasing like it is at the moment," Logan muttered. Patton had now put his arms around my back and finally seemed to get the message as I was able to feel teardrops seeping into my shirt.

"Hey, hey Pat." Logan had noticed the sniffs erupting from within the depths of my shirt and had (surprisingly) looked away from his screen and was now standing in front of me and the now bawling Patton, holding out his arms to invite the crying trait in for a hug which was accepted as soon as he had unhooked his arms from underneath mine.

"It's going to be okay love, we will make sure he does not physically or mentally hurt himself again okay?"
Patton just sniffed and burrowed his head in the croak of Logan's neck who, looking a tad bit lost, had wrapped his arms around the other and was now softly stroking his hair.

After about five minutes of soothing words coming from Logan and me standing awkwardly in the corned Patton had calmed down enough to loosen his tight grip on the other and listen to the whole story.

"Well if he continues this behaviour it could cause Thomas himself to act without thinking of his future and do something he would regret instantly afterwards."

"You mean harming himself?"
Patton let out a short yelp and regained his death grip on Logan's shirt while the loverboy shot me a glare and mouthed the words 'watch it'.

"How do we... do we make Virgil stop?"
Patton's voice was shaking almost as much as his hands were and he looked as if he was about to sprint towards the common room to make sure the darker trait was truly alright.

"I, don't know" Logan looked as if he was actually considering showing emotion which was truly bothersome and made the situation even worse.
"I think the best thing we can do is wait and analyse his behaviour. This might have been an accident and it could very well be the only time he will punish himself with such foolish acts."

Honestly, by now you should already know the drill.

I have said it before.
This is no staged performance. We are not in a Sherlock Holmes episode, meaning Logan was not as great of a detective he thought he might've been.
This leads me to my conclusion that, whether or not many times would follow that first visit back to my old room, would stay unknown by the other three sides.

Who would have ever thought lying could be so helpful yet one of the most destructive things on this planet.
