I felt strangely calm as I sat on my couch watching a movie together with Joan and Talyn.
Both of them weren't really paying attention to the colourfull figures on the screen and had a laptop placed in front of them which their eyes would not leave except to check on me for a second before returning to the editing progress of our latest video.
I smiled, feeling tired yet satisfied with how my mood had been increasing after I had taken the pill a few hours ago. The doctor had told me the 'medication hangover' would last until the next morning and I should go see him that afternoon so he is able to check on any side effects.
If it will keep doing what it does right now this will only keep getting better and I might be able to work through these issues and ultimately overcome the depressing thoughts I had had.
I know one cannot simply overcome depression or anxiety but, in that very moment, sitting on that couch watching lalaland for the billionth time, I felt like everything was possible.

Virgil had started getting his coloured hair and normal eyes back again after twelve hours.
I had sat beside him, not leaving his side and holding his ice-cold hand as long as I could.
The cold seemed to pierce through my skin, tiny razors going through my hand every time I touched him.
As I saw a strand of purple peeking out between the black I screamed for the others to wake up.
Logan, who had fallen asleep on his laptop and now had fifteen pages with the letter e on them shot up, his glasses hanging off-of one ear and his hair looking like ( how he himself so wonderfully phrased) Barney's unshaven armpit.
Patton had been curled up like a cat on the floor, his expression still one of great worry which was odd as he normally smiled in his sleep. The heart let out a yelp before jumping onto his feet, his eyes slightly crazed and his shirt wrinkled, the cat onesie laid forgotten on the floor.
"What is happening? " Logan said, running his hands through his hair once more and adjusting his glasses he walked over to me, curiosity flickering behind his eyes.
"His hair!" I practically yelled, making Patton flinch a bit and right after come running towards us as he realized what I had just said.
We all watched as his hair slowly turned back into its original purple state. It took about half an hour for his hair to turn completely like ours again and we hopefully waited, waited until we saw his eyes turn back to normal too until he found his voice again until he showed any signs of movement.
Our, or should I say my waiting continued on until the next morning.
It had been a long night, to say the least.
After Logan had realized they would not turn back he had told Patton to get some rest, not trying to even confront me about the same thing he walked off, holding Patton's hand tightly as the heart seemed on the verge of breaking down right there and then and sleep on the floor like he'd done before.
Logan came back a few minutes later, whispering something about Patton being asleep and him joining him very soon.
The last thing I remember him saying was 'good luck' and then there was just us two.
The one that drove his lover over the edge and the one that now was suffering for his stupidity.
He held his hand again, barely feeling the pain of the ice-cold razors digging underneath his skin, just looking at the black eyes that once held so much love and hope and pain and sorrow and so, so much more.
He went into some sort of trance, not noticing how the light went from blue too yellow and orange again after Thomas had woken up after falling asleep while watching movies, not realizing his own hand had gone numb from the pain and cold it had been holding onto for the past few hours.
He had completely zoned out as all of a sudden he felt how a weight was pressed against him, a head with the same hair colour, the same temperature and the same hazel-brown eyes laid itself in the croak of his neck and silently started sobbing and a voice similar to his but not identical whispered the words "What the hell happened?"
