It's Wednesday afternoon and I'm standing in front of my closet, deciding what to wear for homecoming on Friday.

School has been weird without the boys. It's like it was before I met them. I don't really like it. I keep thinking about the twins and we keep talking about them, so that makes it worse.

Without any warning, my mom enters the room.

"What are you doing?" She said sitting on my bed.

"Looking through my old dresses." I said scanning the hangers.

"For homecoming?"

"Yeah. I figured I could just wear one of my old dresses. I have a few from previous formal events. Maybe I could wear the dress from Uncle Mark's wedding?" I said taking out the lavender dress.

"No, no, no. We're going to find you a dress. Right now." She said standing up and grabbed my arm, dragging me out of the room.

"Mom, I don't need a new dress."

"Honey, this is the first and last homecoming going with Grayson. I know you like the boy, so why don't you dress up for the part?" She said grabbing her car keys and we headed to the garage.

"I guess. But it's so last minute."

"Doesn't matter. Do you remember my friend Aunt Macy?" She said as we climbed into the car.

"The one with that little boutique in town? Yeah I remember her. She sells my style of clothing. I haven't went shopping in a while. Too bad we almost never go ther anymore. I've just been too busy with my job and saving up money for Los Angeles." I said as we drove out of the gate and onto the road.

"I called her earlier today and told her to keep some dresses in the back for you that you would like for homecoming. So we're headed over there right now so you could see if you like any of them."

"Oh my gosh, Mom. Thank you! I already know I will like most of it. You're always so prepared." I chuckled.

"I knew you were gonna try to wear one of the old dresses so I had to make a quick move." She chuckled.

The door's bell rang as we walked through the door, and very quickly Aunt Macy's head popped up from behind the counter.

"Hello, sweetie! You just become even more beautiful every time I see you!" She said pulling me into a hug.

"Nice to see you too, Aunt Macy." I smiled as she let me go.

"Let me just close up shop and then we could go into the back to look at the dresses." She said locking the locks on the door.

Me and my mom followed her to the back where Aunt Macy makes her dresses. The room is white, with birch wood plank floors. There is a desk with a sowing machine, materials and a book of sketches on the corner of the room, which is next to a white couch.

Immediately my mom goes and sits on the couch, while I stand infront of a huge full body length mirror, awkwardly waiting.

Aunt Macy unlocked a room right next to the desk and walked over to the mirror and got three dresses out of a box right next to it.

She looked at the dresses for a minute and handed me a red and peach colored dress. "Not sure about this one, but maybe you'll like it. You can change in the room back there." She said and I nodded my head.

A few minutes later I came out with the dress.
