Somebody actually shoot me! I just watched a dance video of mine from 2012. Oh my god. It's physically painful my entire team is horrible.

(y/n)'s POV

I pulled away looking at him.

"What was that for?" I asked pressing my fingers to my lips gently. They were still tingling from the warm kiss.

"Just because I love you." He said. We stayed close, huddled in the pouring rain.

"Do you want to get new clothes?" I suggested. His eyes were shiny, reflecting the rain and they lit up at the idea of warm dry clothes.

"Yes,  I would very much love that!" He said. We hurried through the rain quickly. I slipped on the slick pavement, Dan catching me as I did so.

"Sorry. New boots are slippery." I said. He said nothing and picked me up bridal style, carrying me into the nearest coffee shop.

"You didn't have to do that you know." I said as he placed me down.

"Yeah, but I didn't want you to slip and fall." He said. I smiled and sat down at a table in the corner. He called a cab and we got in. The driver yelled at us for soaking his seats and swerved all over the road. I gripped Dan's hand and the seat belt. I scrambled out and he sped off, still cursing at us all along the way. I snapped a picture of the license plate.

"Fired." I said. We headed inside and opened the door. Hazel and Phil were there, chatting on the couch.

"(y/n)! Oh my goodness I haven't seen you in so long! How are yo--" She leapt up, but stopped halfway into a hug.

"Yeah, I'm really wet." I pointed out.

"That's what she said!" Phil joked.

"Congrats. You actually used it right this time!" I sarcastically complimented.

"That's what she said!" Phil repeated and I sighed.

"I have to dry off. I can't handle anymore of you." I said.

Phil opened his mouth to say it again and I shot him a glare. He closed it and Hazel giggled. I went off to the room and Dan trailed behind me. I pulled off the wet sweater and shivered. My entire body was cold and clammy. Dan came up behind me and wrapped his body around mine. I laughed and lightly shoved him off.

"Come on. I need a shirt." I said. He stood in front of me.

"I think you look good like that." He joked, wriggling his eyebrows.

"Shut up. I'm cold! Move." I said my teeth chattering. He laughed and handed me a towel. I put it around my shoulder and pulled out another bra. It was tan with black lacy trim. I unclipped the clasp and let it fall. Dan shed his shirt and I stayed turned around.

"You know I've seen you naked right?" Dan commented. I pulled the towel tighter around my shoulders.

"Yeah, but I don't need you getting any ideas with Phil and Hazel in the next room."

"Oh, so you really think you have that much power over me?" Dan sassed.

"Am I wrong?" I asked, turning around. He stared at me for a moment, shirtless with bra in hand. His eyes shifted downwards and I could see his adams apple bob up as he swallowed.

"That's what I thought, Daniel." I pulled the bra on and slipped on a t-shirt

"Wow. Thanks for that." Dan commented. I looked down and laughed to myself. I pulled off the rest of my clothes and changed my jeans. I rustled the towel to dry my hair and sighed to myself.

"Oh my god." I heard a voice from behind me. I turned to look at him.

"Your hair." he whispered. I looked up to see a stray curl in front of my face. When I blow dry it it is only little waves, but now the rain water has made my hair way curlier than I want.

(that's what it looks like now. Normally slight waves)

I tried to smooth it out only to help it bounce out further.

"Damn it." I curse under my breath I tried to tame the mess in the mirror.

"Stop."  Dan said and I did, my fingers halfway into my hair. I pulled them out, my face red with embarrassment.

"I meant it was gorgeous." Dan said, scooping me up in a hug. I froze for a moment and then relaxed, hugging him back.

"Thanks. I can be you now." I joked and he grumbled. We walked out into the living room to find Hazel hovering Phil's shoulder as they looked at his phone. Hazel noticed me and ran over to hug me, finally.

"Hey Hazel. I missed you. I haven't talked to you in so long." I said.

"I know. It's been too long."

"Woah." Phil said. I looked over at him and Hazel turned towards him as well.

"Your hair."

"Yeah I get it. Rain curls my hair. So sue me!" I said, throwing up my hands in defeat.

"I think it looks quite charming, if you ask me." Hazel said.

"Thanks." I said blushing. Dan and I sat down with them and soon we found ourselves telling stupid childhood stories. I was french braiding Dan's floof to the best of my ability as he sat on the floor in between my legs. Hazel was laughing at Phil getting attacked by a squirrel. The atmosphere was warm and wholesome. I was more content than I think I have ever been. I pulled out the twists of the braid and just played with it while we talked. The subject changed and I piped in.

"Oh, yeah in high school my locker neighbor was bent over to undo his lock because he was so tall and I opened the locker so hard straight into his head. I had to take him to the nurse." I said. Hazel burst out laughing and Phil did as well.

"Yeah. People hated me in high school."

"People?" Dan questioned.

"Oh yeah. I once tripped so hard I flipped a desk on top of someone and almost broke their rib. And that's just the tip of the iceberg." I said. Dan started laughing as well.

We were all sat, laughing and I stopped and smiled.

I love these people.

Same. I love them.

I hope you enjoyed!

Stay awesome!
