(y/n)'s POV

With no idea where to go I turned to Louise. I pulled my phone out and called her.

"(y/n)? My goodnes I haven't heard from you in forever!"

"Yeah, I know. How are you Lou?"

"Darcy's a handful, but other than that I'm fine. You?"

"Fine."

"Don't lie to me, (y/n). I can hear your tone of voice throught the phone."

"Nah, it's nothing."

"Then why did you call?"

"Because I wanted to catch up."

"And..."

"And... Dan and I are fighting." I confessed, sighing.

"Oh dear, I thought you were living together! Where are you?"

"Uh, standing outside Chris' flat building. I don't want to go in to tell him. And I can't talk to Hazel because she'll tell Phil. I just don't want to bother you."

"Well, I don't mean to sound odd, but I quite enjoy helping you. It's sort of exciting and I care about you of course."

"Yeah, I know what you mean."

"Good, would you like to come over here and tell me in person with some hot tea?"

"Yeah. I'm freezing my butt off out here."

"Oh my, that's right, your out in the ice. Get a cab quick and I'll make tea alright?"

"Thanks Lou. I love you."

"Love you to (y/n). Be safe."

I sighed and trudged along the icy pavement, digging my hands into my pockets.

No texts from Dan. No calls from Dan. No nothing.

He obviously wasn't as remorseful as I was. I really didn't care that we spent time apart. Yeah it sucks, but we can deal right? He just doesn't handle it as well as I could. We were already falling out of the honeymoon phase.

That's not a good sign.

I really love him. I really do. But, sometimes it's just too hard. I could feel my thought come back to the first incident with the fans. I had mostly blocked it out, but now I was already starting to believe myself. That he was much better with out me. If you think about it, everything seem to go wrong after a while and it was usually my fault.

I don't care.

I really don't anymore.

It's too difficult.

I let out a heavy sigh as I came upon an empty taxi. I hopped in and told him the destination.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Wait. He hasn't said anything?" Louise asked and I nodded.
"Man, Dan is a weasel." Darcy commented and I snorted. Louise shushed her and sent her away.
"Sorry."
"Nah it was funny." I said.
"So, what do you think you should do?" Lou asked and I sat for a moment.
"I...I actually don't know." I said. "I honestly should just go back. I don't care anymore."
"No, no. He need to realize it's not only your fault it's his as well. Give him a minute. Trust me. Guys are slower at that sort of thing." I nodded.
