Shit that pisses me off

Ships Rant

So this might be entirely way too long, but I thought I should put it out there some time.

During school and while I'm doing my homework or just simply reading fanfiction, my mind comes up with different ways on how ships just wouldn't work out. I know I ship them in my fan boy state, but my logical mind comes in and makes me think for a bit.

Let's say Hannigram for example. To those of you who don't know, there is a show called Hannibal and its about a guy named Will Graham who is trying to find the main cannibal, who is, surprise, Dr. Hannibal (this is a basic synopsis of the 1st season). At the end of one of the seasons, Will says something that made my fan boy side go wild. Of course I'm not on that season yet, but no one can avoid spoilers. I let my fan boy side engulf himself in it for a few moments then I stop and think.

This relationship between Hannibal and Will is completely unhealthy and it's destroying Will. Logically, that is not okay. So that being said, I slowly started to loose the ship and suddenly it's not so exciting anymore. It just gets bleak and depressing, but that is how it is in the show. That is just one of my many thoughts on ships and how they are logically played out.

The next one is the one and only Johnlock. For the death of me, I will never let this ship sink, but you know, logic. I may ship Johnlock in a fan boy sort of way, but logically I think of it as a very close friendship. Nothing sexual or romantic about it. I know, serious buzz kill. I do feel like John and Mary (oh Chuck. Supernatural is creeping up on me again...) were a very sweet couple and I was really upset when Mary died, for the simple fact that she wouldn't have been able to grow old with John or even see Rosy grow up. It's depressing I know and I'm sorry.

Sherlock and Molly. In my defense, my fan boy side is telling me absolutely not, but my more human and logical side is saying well yeah, it would work. It's not like I don't ship Johnlock or stuff like that it's just the fact that they are so adorable together.

Another fandom is... Sigh... Supernatural. For the love of Chuck, this show has fucked me up for a few days now (I am literally watching 6-7 episodes a day) and right now, Castiel is really getting on my last nerve. Like dude, get the large ass stick out of your ass and stop playing god you trench coat wearing baby.

Aaanyway, Destiel is once again impaled by logic... See, I love Destiel with every fiber of my being. I currently have nothing logical to say about it atm because it is currently my life. I'll wait after I'm done watching season 13 which isn't going to be for a while because stupid me has 6 seasons left... Damn you season 7 although I'm only on the 1st episode...
