(Draco's PoV)

I was looking out the window, and I saw a blue car flying above the train.

Then I saw her. Falling.

She looked so scared, but then she looked at me with shock.

I turned away. 'Ugh.. again!' I thought.

(Your PoV)

When I finally saw Hogwarts, it was dark outside.

I then felt a large 'thump' and looked at Ron. His wand was broken.

CRASH.

The Whomping Willow started hitting the car, over and over again.

"AHHHH!!" I screamed, and grabbed the wheel, getting us out of the tree.

"Thanks, Y/n!" Harry and Ron said.

"No problem, guys," I said.

"I think the feast has already started.." Ron said, looking through a window.

The blue car then drove away, leaving us standing alone.

Ron and Harry looked around the Great Hall.

"Where's Snape?" Harry asked.

"Maybe he's ill!" Ron said hopefully.

"Maybe he's left," Harry said, "because he missed out on the Defense Against the Dark Arts job again!"

"Or he might have been sacked!" said Ron enthusiastically. "I mean, everyone hates him -"

"Or maybe," said a very cold voice right behind us, "he's waiting to hear why you two didn't arrive on the school train."

We spun around. There, his black robes rippling in a cold breeze stood Severus Snape. He was smiling at us in a way that told us we were in deep trouble.

"Follow me," Snape said.

We followed him slowly. He led us into the cold dungeons. We entered Snape's office, shivering. I pulled my warm Slytherin scarf closer to me.

"So," he said softly, "the train isn't good enough for the famous Potter's and their faithful sidekick, Weasley. Wanted to arrive with a bang, did we, boys?"

"No sir -" Harry began.

"Silence!" Snape shouted. "You must be more careful! You made the front cover of the Muggle news!"

I gulped. This would be bad.

Professors Dumbledore and McGonagall walked. I looked down.

"It will for Professor McGonagall to decide on these boys' punishments, Severus. They are in her house and are therefore her responsibility. However, Miss Potter's punishment is for you to decide on," said Dumbledore calmly. I looked up and gulped again.

Harry, Ron, and the two other professors walked out. I looked up at Snape.

"Detention... with me. For two weeks," Snape said coldly, "you are now free to go."

I quickly walked out of the dungeons and to the Great Hall.

"Where were you?" Millicent asked me as soon as I sat down.

"I had a problem with Snape. That's all," I said and started eating.

I looked up to see Draco staring at me.

"Um... hello?" I said with an odd glance.

He quickly looked away. I shrugged and continued eating.

"Ooh, got yourself a girlfriend, now?" Goyle said with a smirk to Malfoy.

"N-NO!" Draco stuttered, his face going a little red.

Crabbe snickered. "Sureeeeeeeeeeeee."

Draco punched him.

I looked up and sighed.

*In D.A.D.A Class the next day*

I sighed as I looked at the list of questions about Lockhart. 'He's such a self-absorbed git!' I thought bitterly, clenching my teeth.

"Full marks to Miss Hermione Granger! Remembered every detail! Ten points to Gryffindor!" Lockhart said with that flashing smile.

'How are all the girls swooning over his damned presence?' I thought.

"And now, down to business," Lockhart said, pulling out a large cage with a purple cover on it.

"Now, be warned!" Lockhart said. "It is my job to arm you against the foulest creatures known to wizardkind! You may find yourself facing your worst fears in this room. Know that no harm can befall you whilst I am here. All I ask is that you remain calm. I must ask you not to scream. It may provoke them."

He dramatically pulled off the cover.

"Yes, Freshly caught Cornish pixies!" he said with a wave of his arm.

The class broke into laughter.

"Well, they're not, they're not very dangerous, are they?" Seamus laughed.

"Don't be so sure! Devilish tricky little blighters they can be!" Lockhart said, waggling a finger annoying at Seamus.

Lockhart opened the cage, then ran out of the room.

The Pixies went around, destroying things, pulling on people's ears and hair, and hanging on the chandelier. A few pixies lifted up Neville by the ears and pulled him up onto the chandelier.

Neville fell as the chandelier came crashing down. A bunch of students ran out of the classroom, but Harry, Ron, Hermione, and I all stayed.

We fought off the pixies bravely. After we got them back in the cage, Harry came up to me and hugged me.

"Great job, you know, you'd make a great Gryffindor!"

Draco watched us from the door. I looked over at him and stuck my tongue out.

I then looked over at Mione and giggled.

*A few months later*

I was talking to Millicent at breakfast when a tall boy came up to me.

"Hi, I'm Bryson!" he said with a smile. I nodded. "And I am a Slytherin..." Bryson said, blushing a little. "Did you... um... want to go out with me?" Bryson blushed more.

"Um, sure?" I said.

Bryson smiled. "Really?"

I nodded. "Sure, tonight do you want to go out to the Black Lake?"

He nodded, smiling.

*Later at the Black Lake*

I walked out to the lake, even though it was dark outside and we could get in a lot of trouble.

Bryson and I walked around the perimeter of the lake, talking. I couldn't help but feel watched.

"Hey, I'm gonna go and put my scarf down on that bench over there," Bryson told me, pointing to a bench about 50 feet away.

"Ok," I said, continuing to slowly walk. Bryson walked over there and I heard some rustling from the bushes. I looked over and saw the white-blonde head of Malfoy.

'What does he want now?' I thought with a sigh.

Draco ran out from behind the bushes and I saw Crabbe and Goyle behind him.

Draco walked up to me and I backed away, close to the water.

He pushed me.
