"Avada Kedavra."

The flash of green light shot at us. We fell to the ground, dead, but alive.

I opened my eyes and looked around. I was in a misty station. I stood up and looked down at myself. I had plain robes on instead of the dirty plaid shirt and jeans I had on.

"Harry?" I said. My voice came out as a whisper since the station was silent.

"Y/n?"

A pained noise came from under a bench far away.

"Do you hear that?" I asked.

"The noise?"

"Yeah."

Harry nodded, standing up.

I heard footsteps and jerked my head over toward Dumbledore, who was walking toward us.

"Dumbledore?" I said in disbelief.

"Sit," he said, motioning to a bench near us.

We sat.

"Dumbledore, where are we?" Harry asked.

"Where does it look like, Harry?"

"It looks like... like King's Cross station."

We all began talking about Dumbledore's past. His sister, Ariana, Aberforth, even Grindelwald.

And after a while, we decided it'd be best to finish the battle. To go back and end it.

I opened my eyes slowly, but only a bit. A rough feel on my arms and legs told me that I was back in my plaid and jeans and a sticky feeling on my head showed the cut.

The laughing and jeers had died down, but some lingered on, letting us know that the Death Eaters still remained.

"Narcissa," said Voldemort. "Go check if they are alive."

Quick footsteps approached, and I shut my eyes. She kneeled down in between us, putting two fingers on my neck, and Harry's too, I'm guessing.

"Are my children alive?" she whispered, so quiet I could barely hear her.

'Harry must have seen her,' I thought.

"Yes," Harry whispered even quieter than Narcissa.

She breathed a light sigh in relief.

"Dead," she called to the group.

More shouts and jeers, cries of victory and triumph, and of course heavy sobs from Hagrid.

"Get the big oaf to carry them to the grounds," demanded another Death Eater.

One of the Death Eaters picked me up and took me to Hagrid, as well as Harry. He carried us together, sobbing heavily.

The group marched through the forest, Hagrid, Voldemort, and Bellatrix in front. Harry and I didn't dare move at all, risk getting caught.

Battle had paused, hopefully, ceased. 'Everyone must be in the Great Hall.'

"Harry and Y/n Potter... are dead!" Voldemort's voice rang out as witches and wizards came outside. Ginny, Hermione, Ron, Neville, and Draco led the pack of fighters.

Many gasps and shouts echoed throughout in the silence. Ginny started running toward Voldemort, but Ron and Mr Weasley held her back.

"The Potter Twins are dead!" he yelled again. "Come out of the castle now, kneel before me, join me, and you will be spared. Your parents and children, your brothers and sisters will live and be forgiven, and you will join me in the new world we shall build together."
