𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩 (𝖽𝗋𝖺𝖼𝗈 𝗆𝖺𝗅𝖿𝗈𝗒 𝗑 𝗋𝖾𝖺𝖽𝖾𝗋)

Chapter 4

*Diagon Alley*

I walked with Harry and Ron. We were meeting up with Hermione, I was really excited to meet her parents! I heard that they were muggles... so cool!

Once we caught up with Mione, we walked to Flourish and Blotts. The new D.A.D.A professor was some guy named Gilderoy Lockhart, and we needed all new books. Harry and I walked up to get our books when a tall man with bright, bonds hair and blue eyes walked up behind us and said, "Let me guess... The Potter twins?" he said.

I turned around. "Yeah..."

"Ahh, Harry Potter and Y/n Potter. May I see your scars?" he said.

You looked at Harry. He lifted up his bangs and showed him the scar.

"And you, Miss Y/n?" he asked.

You lifted the part of your H/c hair that covered your lightning bolt scar. The man stared at it and then said, "Oh, how rude of me! I didn't introduce myself, I am Gilderoy Lockhart. The new Defense Against the Dark Art professor!"

I nodded.

"Now, you can get your free books and have them signed by me!" Lockhart said.

We walked up to the booth and got our books signed. We posed for about 5000 billion pictures for the press.

Then I heard that one, dreaded voice that I hated so much.

"Bet you loved that, didn't you, Potter?" Malfoy said with a nasty smirk.

"Famous Harry and Y/n Potter, can't even go into a bookshop without making the front page!" Malfoy sneered.

"Leave him alone, he didn't want all that!" Ginny said, standing in front of Harry.

"Potter, you've got yourself a girlfriend! " Drawled Malfoy. Ginny blushed, and Ron and Mione pushed their way over to us.

"Oh, it's you." Ron glared. "Bet you were surprised to see Harry here, eh?"

"Not as surprised as I am to see you in a shop, Weasley," retorted Malfoy. "I suppose your parents will go hungry for a month to pay for all of those."

Ron went as red as Ginny. He put his books in his cauldron, just like Ginny had.

Mr Weasley walked up to take us somewhere else, but a voice stopped him.

"Well, well, well, Arthur Weasley."

Lucius Malfoy walked up behind Draco.

Lucius took a book from Ginny's cauldron, staring at it.

"Hm... second-hand robes, red hair, and tattered books? Still can't afford the best for your... wonderful children?" He put the book back in the cauldron.

I looked up at Draco. He was holding a book about magical beasts. He tore out a page and put it in his back pocket. Then, he saw me staring.

(Draco's PoV)

I looked at the book in my hand. I knew about the monster under the school. I tore out the page about it because I knew Saint Potter, Blood-Traitor, Mudblood, and Fake Slytherin would need it. I looked down at where Fake Slytherin was. I saw her staring up at me. 'Aw crap...' I thought. I turned around and put the book away. I turned away because I felt my cheeks slowly heating up. No! I can't have any affection AT ALL for Fake Slytherin! First, she is Saint Potter's sister! Second, that would ruin my reputation as The Slytherin Prince! Fake Slytherin is nice, sweet, and caring, absolutely nothing like a Slytherin!

I sighed. What was I supposed to do about this growing crush?

(Your PoV)

I looked back at Harry, who was walking over to me.

"You alright, Y/n?" he asked. I nodded.

We then went back to the Burrow. I was well lost in thought. 'What was Malfoy doing?' I thought. 'Probably something bad... man I hate that kid!'

I shrugged. Once we were back at the Burrow, we got ready for Hogwarts.

*At Platform 9 3/4*

"Come on, Harry, Ron, you're taking forever!" I whined at them.

"We're coming, we're coming!" Harry said.

The three of us began jogging towards the wall. Smack! The wall wouldn't open...

We looked around to make sure we were at the right place... yep.

"Bloody hell! That hurt!" Ron said, rubbing his forehead.

You put your hand on the wall. It wouldn't budge.

"Guys! We're gonna miss the train!" I said, worriedly.

"I think we'd better go and wait by the car," Harry said.

"The car!" Ron shouted excitedly. "We can fly the car to Hogwarts!"

"Ron, we can't drive!" I said to him.

"Yeah, but it's worth a shot!" he replied, defensively.

I nodded. We rushed out to the car and dropped our stuff in the back. Shadow, Hedwig, and Scabbers all came up front with us, and Ron got into the driver's seat.

We started flying, and Ron turned on an invisibility thing. After about an hour, we noticed the invisibility button starting to flicker. I looked back at the car. It was visible again.

"We should fly lower. That way, fewer people will see us," Ron said. We flew down over the tracks. 'We must be really far behind the Hogwarts Express.' I thought.

Then, there was a loud horn and we looked back.

It was the Hogwarts Express! I screamed and we flew upwards. The car was at a sharp angle, and I started falling onto the door. Suddenly, the door handle popped and I fell out of the car.

"Y/N!!!" Harry and Ron screamed. Harry grabbed my wrist and I grabbed his.

I looked down at the train. I saw a white-blonde haired boy with wide eyes staring at me.

'MALFOY?! LOOKING AT ME?' I thought. I looked back at Harry and he pulled me up.

"Y/n! Are you ok?!" he asked worriedly.

I nodded and hugged him.

We flew the rest of the way to Hogwarts.
