Chapter 10

Zane POV
Couch fell as soon as my bat hit his skull and Kian hopped back only to smack into the butt of Harry's rifle tight in Georgia's grip
He stuck up his hands as though surrendering

"Im to young to die!" He yelped as Georgia the girl I'd met hit his head knocking him out cold, Harry and Kerry had stayed at camp and me and her had gone looking for these two
I cant have Lycaon knowing i was there and Garfield was to far to help me, Georgia wanted revenge and to see how Cernal was doing, as she'd shot him she was feeling quitly

"So... you weren't lieing when you said they were werewolf?" She questions grabbing Kian hand examining his nails
"You know my uncle's gonna go crazy, he's been looking for werewolves his whole life." She smirked as i smile
This girl knew my situation
And knew I wasn't a werewolf, my mission on finding a friend and that I was not to fear

"That's fine with me." I shrug grabbing Curnels hands as she grabbed Kians dragging them along the floor

"So who are these guys?" She asks as Kian kicked a foot whining and I swear he mumbled somthing but went limp again

"Hm? Oh thats Kian, you have hold of and I think thats my friend." I inform as she rose an eyebrow

"You think?"

"Yeah, he can shape shift so he could be anyone." I tolf as she stared parts of her expression impossible to read

"Wait, your looking for a fugitive, werewolf which is a shape shifter and could be anyone? To the old lady across the street!?" She asks as i nod, she sighed shakimg her head as she turned to Harshell
"What about him, he was the big one right?" She asks

I nod
"The one you shot? Yes, he's Curnel Harshell second in commamd for the werewolf king, he's also our couch and we were on an assignment to hunt something." I explain as she glared at him then to me

"You planned on killing us?!" She snapped as i shoke my head

Way to go with the ladies butt brain Thaila giggled over the line and I roll my eyes

"Not technically, the younger ones like Kian shouldn't have found your trail again, but did and it just took off from there." I answer as she nods, I tighten my grip onto the man's wrists heaving him along, God he's heavey!
I glance up to the sky finding the star's were now out and the nights blanket was neatly set out umongst them, honestly I loved the dark, it reminded me of that time with Medusa were I couldn't see yet I knew what to do, I felt more usefull at night, with Percy

"Wait... so why do you think its Kian? If it could be anyone why not Harshell?" She ask as I shrug

"Percy wouldn't be so cruel to sent a kid off for pray, I can't see it."

"But you can see him attacking my uncle?"She pushes as i shrug

Pheobe laughed as i heard Cathy in the background yelling at somone about Zeus knows what
I egnore them and tilt my head to Georgia smirking

"Alright, alright, I don't know, I just can't have these guys going to Lycon telling him im Demigod, he'll have my head." I told her as she nods glancing around

"How are we going to hide their scent? That guy said Tammy comes through here, won't she smell them and follow?" She questions and now I know for sure this kids an Athena kid, she scans everything!
And best of all another problem, if she comes than others will follow until everyone

Garfield told me there should be some scent block in your back pocket Artemis told me as i gaped at the air

When did he put that there?  I ask

You never noticed? Meh. Just use it she snapped as i drop Cernal letting him fall and spraying him like crazy over the air eager to get rid of their scent before that girl comes along, I came up to them flipping them over spraying their body's, I cover Harshells wounds not to effect them and dicided we'd have to get the bullets out as soon as we arrive back, Curnel stired a deep growl in the air and I knew he was waking, his eyes were barley open and groaning, I didn't want to hit him again but had to do it and swung gently not to damage him badly, he jolted but made no sound his eyes shutting down almost emediatly,

"There, we'd better hurry, you got some cages at camp?" I ask as she shrugged

"I don't know my uncle might have some in his truck, this was  meant to be a hunting trip so don't see why not." She mumbled as we continue to heave them me spraying the can ever so often for safety precautions
I can't have any more knowing about this, I don't know what I'll do with these two but I'll figure somthing out,

When we finally got back Harry and Kerry were up and moving, In fact of all the damage Harry got he walked it off as though nothing and healed his injuries the best he could soothing the little boy along side, a stew boiling and a fire blazing i whip my hands clean

"Uncle Harry have you got any cages?" Georgia asks glancing through the trees were I supposed the vehicle was, Harry nodded

"Yep, here let me come help-" he began his pale blue eyes darting to her and back until she waved him off

"No, no I think you'd rather look at somthing else." She chuckled pointing a thumb at Kian and Harshell, he was confused and I smirk pulling them over to him before heading off to catch up with Georgia, she lead me to a black pick up truck multiple cages in the back
Some for birds
Critters
We didn't want somthing to big, or to small, and i was sure we wanted one for each

"Are they sharing?" She asks pullin down the flap an climbing in, she grabbed a torch shining it onto them
I shrug
"Well should
they hate being here or be comfortable?" She asks as i shrug again

"They aren't technically our prisoners so i dont see why not two." I reply as she nods heaving one small one out and a large one

"Should these suffice?" She asks as i nod grabbing the large one and dropping it below as she handed me the key, and carried down the smaller one in her hand, she lifted the flap and grabbed her keys shoving the torch into her pocket
We pace back to the camp to find Harry sat down glaring at the werewolves, Kerry was cautious but was watching to, when they saw us Kerry smile leaping up to his sister clutching to her leg playfully

"What they for sissy?!" He yelled as Geoergie giggled rufflig his hair

"For those...things." She said malking him glance to the werewolves, honestly I wished they would stay asleep, or drousey,  they werent violent then and can't be now, I grab Kian, Harry decided to help grabbing his feet lifting him into the small cage just enough room for him to sit in
Georgia grabs Cernals hands and examines the bullets stuck in his skin, Kerry came over gasping and hid behind me, Georgia ignored her brother and lifted the shirt to find a long gash seeping with so much blood it could fill a boar, im shocked this guy didn't faint or die of blood lose and found him the time we did,

"Uhm anyone know anything of first aid?" She mumbled as i frown
I didn't see the reasons to heal him, we don't need him
But the girl seemed very eager to see him moving

Guys-

Already on it. Artemis replied as i glance to her

"I do." I answer as she nods letting me sit, now my stomach was rummaging with butterflies, just the thought of this guys eyes shooting open and glaring at me spooked me

"Anything you need?" Harry asks as i shrug waiting for Artemis to speeck, however a much higher tone came on and it was Annie

"Uh

"That's it?" She asks as i nod

"That's what I need." I told her them all soon coming back with them,following Annie's orders I use the water to clean the wound the blood running away like a stream of fate to reveal the bullet hole, it was deep but I got the pliers/twesers and yanked it out causing him to stir, his once smooth and peacfull face now crinckled in a hint of pain and uncertainty,
I stitch it up the fastest I could before moving to his leg, his right leg just below the thigh tight on the joint making me cringe,
Boy that must have killed!
Doing the same to that we shoved him into the cage the fastest we could as he began to groan and twitch.
