"Never mind my question. I was hanging with Hunk and Shiro until the two suddenly sent me off...," Matt said as he plopped down on her bed. "I came to you instead of Allura, so be happy!" Katie looked at him with a raised brow.

"Really? I'm so honored," her sarcasm was thick and obvious. "Your girlfriend wouldn't be offended, so no worry. Now move, that's my spot." Matt stuck his tongue out at her. "You better move unless  your want your sister to squish you!" Matt didn't budge so Katie jumped on him.

"Oh, heavens! You're extremely heavy. When did you get so heavy? I'm... dying... bleh," Matt cried, still bad at acting. Katie rolled over so her back was against him.

"What? I can't hear you under my weight! I didn't know a dead man could speak!" she called as he pushed her off. It was moments like these she missed. Just having fun with her brother and family. Despite the mess they were going through, they were still happy with each other.

"They don't. I do, though," he retorted. Katie laughed as he fell on her. "So, how does it feel to be the pillow?" They heard a knock on the door. Keith smiled at them.

"I'm happy for you, Katie. Now come say goodbye to your friend. I'm off to do that final round at the castle. Let's prey they let me in so we can get a move on our plan," Keith informed. Matt looked confused as Katie stood, her mind back into reality.

"Good luck Keith. Once your infiltrate the castle, contact Coran. Tell him that Allura waits for him. He will help us," Katie said as she walked to the door. She and Keith made their way down the stairs with Matt on their heals. Downstairs Lance, Allura, and Shay awaited at the door.

Hunk and Shiro seemed to be having a serious conversation on the sidelines. Hunk was the only one talking while Shiro wore an expression of tensity and solemness. Keith walked straight to Lance and the girls with Matt. Katie moved in to an area better for her to listen in on Shiro's conversation without being obvious.

That spot was the couch. She kept her eyes on Matt and them, but her ears and focus was on Hunk and Shiro behind her under the doorframe. "What do you mean you can see a person's future by touch?" Shiro asked, his voice low and hard to pick up. Katie was happy there was a live plant next to them. If it wasn't she wouldn't be able to connect to it with her abilities and listen in.

"When I made physical contact with you and Lance, I saw your futures. It's thanks to my abilities. Your's was quite... disturbing. I was hoping to change it by doing things that weren't in your future that I saw, but I only made things worse. Now I have affected Katie's future the most," Hunk quietly cried, holding his arms close to his body as if he was afraid that Shiro might slap him.

"Hunk, it's alright. What did you see before that changed?" Shiro asked, worry tugging at his voice. Katie swallowed. What did Hunk mean? What did he do to her future?

"Well, she doesn't stay here. By bringing Shay into the group I altered her future. I won't say the situation, but she is sent back to her world. There's no way to prevent it now, its something that's set in stone," Hunk told Shiro.

"Why have you told me this and not her?" he asked, confused to why Hunk had come to him. Hunk fidgeted.

"Well, her leaving has effected your future dramatically. You see what I originally saw was you and the Holts trying to find a way to return them to their word to retrieve Katie's mother and failing. Well, now all I see is you alone. Keith and Lance went out to the desert in both visions, so that's their fate. Allura takes over the castle as ruler and reigns over the land with Matt. That left you alone because Katie was gone. She's the one who gathered people around you and well, gave you a family," Hunk explained, trying to avoid a certain topic.

Katie stopped listening after that. She would leave without Matt and her father? The only good news she heard was that Lotor was no longer king and that Matt was. "Katie?" Matt said waving a hand in front of her face. She jumped back to the moment.

Whatever Hunk meant, Katie wouldn't go back without them. No matter what. "Yes, Matt?" she said, answering her brother's call.

"You seemed out of it. Keith left already. Wanna go raid the other houses? You said you checked them out, but you didn't say that you looked at what they had in the drawers and cabinets," he said. Katie thought about it. It would be nice to have a distraction, but she didn't want to give Matt more reasons to be suspicious that something's up.

"Naw, I'm good. I want to finish coming up with my plan. Allura and Shiro gave me the guard schedule," Katie explained and Matt nodded and left with Allura. That meant that it was only Katie, Hunk, Lance, Shay, and Shiro in the house now.

Hunk left Shiro behind and went to talk to Shay in the kitchen while Lance went upstairs to lay in his bed. Now it was only Shiro and Katie in the room. "I just had a very interesting conversation," Shiro said and sat on the opposite side of the couch.

"I bet you did," Katie said, leaning over her knees with clutched hands. "You know what's funny? I don't know how we are going to defeat this Lotor guy. I looked at the information you and Allura gave me this morning and it looked like theres guards everywhere, every moment of the day."

"Didn't you just tell Matt that you had to look at that to devise a plan?" Shiro asked, leaning back into the couch with an arm slung over the back. Katie laughed.

"Does a girl have to explain her reasons to send a prying brother away? You know what he asked me earlier? What was going on with us! I don't know what is going through his mind. Don't get me wrong, I love him to death and I'm glad to have him back, but there's times to be a brother and times to be a friend," Katie said. Shiro laughed.

"Yeah, that sounds like him alright. I have something to tell you, by the way."

Well, I have an two hours to write the first chapter of A Worry To Great XD Now, back to this book. What will Shiro tell Katie/Pidge? I have no idea. Stick around to know lolol
