This is it, Chaewon.
I took a deep breath and fixed my eyes directly at Taehyung's. He was having lunch with his peer group, including my closest friend; Jimin. One step at a time, I dragged myself towards them. When my friend saw me, he threw me his signature smile and waved his hands up.
"Wonnie, over here!"
All seven pair of eyes are now looking at me as I awkwardly went and stood behind Jimin. The fact that he associates with demi gods of Dong Seoul University, I couldn't help but feel slightly proud.
"I told you not to call me with that nickname," I whispered near his left ear. He ushered away the ginger-headed boy that was sitting next to him and asked me to sit there, instead.
"Have you eaten yet?"
I nodded. He glanced at his friends and smiled. "I just got back from Japan so I never got the chance to properly introduce to you guys; my close friend and neighbor since high schoolㅡ Lee Chaewon."
"So this is the neighbor he's been talking about?" The guy smiled and I was ready to faint when a dimple popped up on his cheek. "Nice to finally meet you."
I nervously chuckled at my senior, Namjoon and eyed Jimin. One by one introduced themselves, even if I already knew them.
"Nice to meet you, Chaewon." Hoseok gave me a warm smile. As I heard from others around campus, he's known to be a ball of sunshine.
"So what are you doing here?"
"Um, actually.." my eyes landed at the boy who I came here for. "..m-may I speak to him?" I pointed my finger at Taehyung. The others didn't look too surprise. "Please?"
A devious smile was painted across his face when he nodded his head. "Be careful, Wonnie." Jimin gave me a small smile before the both of us left the cafeteria.
