Joe sighed as he put the phone on the couch next to him. He was kind of looking forward to Demi living here. He'd see her a lot more but he knew it would be harder for them to keep their secret up. They'd have to be really careful. Joe looked up from the floor when the door opened and Nick came inside.

"Is she coming?" He questioned and Joe nodded her head.

"She's just packing some of her things up then getting a cab over but I don't know whether we should go over there in case her parents see what she's doing or something." Joe stated.

"Her parents are intense man, maybe we should." Nick answered.

"What do you mean by intense?"

"They call us both by our full names and just the look they give you. I can understand why Demi is like she is." Nick replied.

"So we should go?"

"I think so." Joe stood up and they both headed into the hallway slipping their shoes on. They could still hear Denise upstairs sorting out the guest room for Demi so she could be comfortable through her pregnancy knowing she'd have her baby to herself when he or she arrived.

"Mom! I'm going to go get Demi and Joe is coming with me!" Nick called up the stairs.

"Okay! Text me when you're on your way back!" She called back and Joe picked up the keys to his car to two of them heading outside climbing inside.

_____________

Demi was stood in her room shoving as many clothes as she could into her suitcase rolling them up so she could fit more in but she still knew that she would have to come back for some more things. She was trying to be quiet so her parents didn't catch her, she didn't want them to know she was leaving for as long as she could. She looked down at her phone when it flashed seeing that Joe was calling her again, she answered the call holing her phone up to her ear using her shoulder to hold it up so she could continue to pack just so she could be a mom to her baby.

"What's up?" Demi questioned.

"It's me," She heard Nick's voice. "I'm using Joe's phone because he's driving. We're on our way to pick you up. You haven't booked a cab yet have you?"

"Nope, I was just gonna walk into town and get one from there." Demi stated.

"No need to now, we thought we'd come in case there's any problem you getting out of there." Nick stated.

"I'm trying to be quiet so they don't know what I'm doing but they'll notice when I leave so it would be great if you could get there before then." Demi teased.

"We'll try our best." Nick answered.

"I'm never gonna be able to thank your parents enough for doing this." Demi breathed.

"That doesn't matter, you can figure that out in the future. For now let's just get you out of that house." Nick stated and Demi nodded her head eve though he could see her.

"Thanks."

"No problem, we'll be there soon." They both said goodbye before they hung up the phone and Demi threw her phone on the bed moving a bit quicker to fit everything in. Her head shot up though when the door opened and Dianna came through but her eye widened slightly when she saw her daughter packing things up.

"Where are you going?" She demanded to know.

"Away, you're not having my baby. I'm living with Nick." Demi stated not stopping doing what she was doing.

"Nonsense Demetria, you're staying here. Don't be stupid, you're not allowed to leave this house." She demanded.

"I'm sixteen, you can't keep me here if I don't want to be here." Demi snapped slightly at her mother.

"Eddie!" Dianna called putting the pills and glass of water on the table. Demi couldn't read what they were but she would only presume her mother had already gone out and got her some tablets for the baby.

"You can't stop me from leaving." Demi spoke simply putting some other belongings in the suitcase but Eddie entered.

"She's leaving."

"I forbid you to leave." Eddie demanded but Demi shook her head.

"No." She spoke simply again zipping the suitcase lifting it up and putting it on it's wheels on the floor. She begun to leave her room pulling her suitcase behind her pushing past her parents slightly.

"I told you, you're not to leave this house." Eddie demanded as they both followed her towards the stairs but Demi continued going lifting the suitcase up as she went down the stairs.

"I'm nearly seventeen, you can't keep me here if I don't want to be here." Demi repeated herself reaching the bottom and she grabbed a couple of her jackets and a pair of shoes putting them on the suitcase. She reached for the front door but she jumped slightly when she felt a hand on her wrist looking up seeing her mother.

"We told you, you're not to leave." She snapped at her daughter.
