Gray and I were lying on our bed, his fingers dancing over my six month pregnant belly, which made it obvious I was pregnant.

"We still haven't thought of names." I mumbled.

"What are you thinking?" He murmured and I shrugged. "What about... uh... shit, I haven't thought of any either." He said and we softly laughed together.

"Well, since we're wizards, it's gonna have to be something magical." I said and he nodded.

"Of course, obviously." I just grinned at his tone. "Let's name it after Erza if it's a girl."

"Hell no." I said and he laughed and sat up and pulled my shirt up and placed both hands on me.

"Hmm... you've gotta give me some ideas, Baz. Where did your name come from?" He asked.

I pointed to the yellow book on my bedside table. "One of the main characters is named Basil, but he goes by Baz. I was named after him and this one other guy named Basil in another book that's somewhere around here." I said.

"You were named after two characters in books named Basil?" He looked up.

"Dad had convinced mom I would be a boy and nothing else." I said and he fell quiet at the realisation. "Anyway, she wanted to name me something positive, so she took two characters that made their sole purpose to look out for others and love others, and since they shared a name, it seemed to fit. And thus, I was named Basil." I shrugged.

"So do you want to name our kid after a character?" He asked and I blushed and looked away.

"I was actually planning on it, I was hoping you wouldn't find out." I admitted.

"You nerd." He grinned and stretched up to kiss my forehead.

"So give me some names of your favoruite characters. I'll tell you what I think sounds good." He hummed.

"Well, there's Simon, Basil, Ebb, short for Ebeneza. There's... shit, let's see... Mithrandir, Kili..." I listed.

"Is that a girl or guy name? Kili?" Gray asked.

"The character is a guy, but I think a girl can be named Kili. Sounds girly enough." I shrugged.

"Let's see... we could just go to names I like... There's Aine, Amelia, Briar, Jackson... ooh! You know what I'm a slut for? Greek mythology. We could name him Dionysius, the god of wine and parties, we could name him Theseus, the king of Athens, we could name him Adonis, or Damocles, Evander, I quite like Morpheus..." I said and went quiet a moment.

"For girls, there's Gaia, Athena, Aphrodite, Europa, Hecate, Nyx, Andromeda, Persephone, and Calypso." I smiled and Gray.

"What did you say earlier, Amelia? I quite like Amelia for a girl. I think Jackson for a boy." Gray said and kissed my stomach.

"Amelia or Jackson... we still need to choose middle names." I sighed.

"Amelia... Amelia... What about Amelia Evander?" He asked.

"Evander? That's a dude name... but you know what? I don't care. It sounds good. It fits." I nodded. "Amelia Evander Fullbuster. What about for Jackson?" I asked.

"Well, you said you liked Morpheus." Gray shrugged.

"I know, but Jackson Morpheus doesn't sound right." I thought. "Hey, what about Ebb? Jackson Ebb Fullbuster." I said and he nodded.

"So we've got a little Amelia Evander Fullbuster or a Jackson Ebb Fullbuster in here." Gray said, his hand gently rubbing my stomach, and I felt a kick.

"Ooh. Shit. You feel that?" I asked and Gray nodded, his eyes lighting up. "I think they like your voice." I whispered.

"Do you? Do you like my voice?" Gray asked and there was another kick.

"Are you guys being gross in here?" Natsu asked as he walked in and I shushed him.

"The baby's kicking." I said and he came over and I pointed to the spot where their foot was. "Can you kick for Uncle Natsu please, sweetie?" I asked and there was a little kick.

"Uncle Natsu is a bit crazy, I'll tell you that right now, but he means well. And he loves you with all his heart." I said and there was a harder kick against his hand.

"I'm a man. I am a grown man. I am not going to cry. I am a grown ass man." Natsu stood up and turned around and I laughed and sat up.

"Aw! It's okay, Natsu! I cried when I first felt a kick." I said and he turned to look at me with my arms out, and he hugged me, letting me comfort him.

"I remember that. You just burst out in tears in the guild hall and we all thought you were having another mood swing." Gray chuckled.

"It was an emotional fucking moment, Gray." I said, looking at him.

"I know it is, damn. I've yet to cry, but I can bet I'll cry when you give birth." He said and I smiled.

"I can't wait. I'm counting down, but I know when that day comes, I'll still think it hasn't." I smiled to myself.
