The shrill sound of the bell rang in my ears. I quickly gathered all my books, I dashed out of class and out to the parking lot.
I looked up directions to walk home, and started on my way. I heard people getting in their cars and speeding past me.
I trudged along the sidewalk. The sun warmed my skin, and my backpack added quite a bit of weight on my back.
I heard a car honk, and turned around to see Quinn. He pulled over next to me and rolled down his window.
He drove beside me slowly as I walked.
"Let me give you a ride home," he leaned his head out the window.
"I can walk," I stated.
"It's quite a long way home. You'd get home at about dinnertime," he smirked.
I rolled my eyes in defeat and got into his car. He pulled back onto the road.

"Alright, here we are," Quinn parked in front of my house.
"Thanks," I smiled.
He pecked my lips, and I waved goodbye as I headed inside. When I stepped inside, I heard the loud animated noises of video games from the gameroom.
I knocked on the game room door.
"Ming turn it down!" I yelled.
The door swung open and Chandler stood there. I turned to leave but he grabbed my arm. I twisted my arm out of his grasp.
"Please, we need to talk," he said hoarsely.
"We are talking," I replied smartly.
"Please Ashley, I need to explain myself," he said desperately.
I sighed and lead him up to my room. I sat down on my bed and he sat on a bean bag across from me.
"Listen, I'm only with Hana because I was trying to get over you," he stammered.
I sat silently, biting my lip.
"You have to believe me, I didn't think you were interested, but I really like you," he put his hand under my chin and gently pulled my face close to his.
"Why didn't you come back after I told you I liked you," I said pulling away slightly.
"You had Quinn, I didn't want to hurt you, I thought you were happy with him," I could see tears welling up in his eyes.
"Chandler we can't, we're both in relationships," I felt some tears in my eyes as well.
He sat still, not saying anything.
"Bye Chandler," I said quietly. He stood up and glanced at me before leaving.

I finished homework, I had a pain searing migraine. I went into my bathroom, and rustled through my cabinet.
I felt myself breathing quickly, as I ripped through drawers and cabinets and bags.
My razor was gone.
I quickly rushed to my desk and riffled through the drawers until I found a pencil sharpener.
I set it on my desk and tiptoed out of my room. I had no clue where Norman kept his tools.
I went in the garage, I looked through boxes until I found a toolbox. I found a screwdriver and rushed back to my room with it.
I quickly unscrewed the razor out of the sharpener. I brushed pencil shavings off the razor.
