James drove me to a drive in movie after that. We cuddled in his car, munching on popcorn as some movie played, the sound coming through our radio. I chuckled as I ate a piece of popcorn James was holding. He opened his dashboard, to reveal a bottle of fine looking wine, along with two wine glasses.

"I snagged a little something for us from that party," he winked and I giggled. He poured me some wine, and he poured himself some. He exaggerated sipping his wine, making a silly face and putting his pinky up.

"Why this wine is marvelous," he said in a drunk British accent. I chuckled and clinked glasses with him.

"Of course, only the finest for us," I copied putting my pinky up in the air, and imitated a high pitched British accent.

He chuckled, taking our glasses, and putting them on the dashboard, he instead picked up the wine bottle and took a swig. I took it after him, taking a swig as well.

"Who knew you were such a gentleman, I thought you were a tool," I gave him a smug look.

"And I thought you were a slut, but then again that theme sure is tricky," he smiled. I smiled, and hugged him. He felt good to hug, I just buried my face in his chest. Even when he was drunk, his nice smell was everywhere, especially since I was still wearing his jacket. We fell asleep in the car together, and we eventually got kicked out by the theater owners.

James drove along the highway, speeding in the carpool lane. The radio was blasting, and there was a calm feeling in the air. I giggled as I stuck my hand out the window, letting it curve along with the wind. James laughed, putting his arm around me. He sang along loudly to the song, trying to sound as obnoxious as possible.

"Damn James, you should go on american idol or something," I teased.

"Of course, I've been practicing," he wiggled his eyebrows and kept singing along awfully. Eventually we both got so tired we yawned back and forth. I fought to keep my eyes open. James drove me home, walking me to my porch. We stood in the pale light of the moon, he held my hands with his. We stood silently gazing at each other.

"You'll come with me to meet Hana's friends right?" I asked. He nodded.

"Perfect," I said, I kissed his nose. He smiled, cupping my cheek. We said good-bye, then I headed inside.

The house was dark, and I could hear the snores of Mingus and Norman. I tip-toed up the stairs to my room. I didn't bother taking off my makeup, or my extremely slutty clothes, I just collapsed into bed.

Pounding memories from the night before, James, Chandler, Hana, and even more Chandler.

I missed Chandler, my heart ached to hug him. I mentally scolded myself, I had James now. I was happy with James I tried to convince myself. I stumbled to turn on some music on my phone, I got into the shower, washing the alcohol and smoke smell off me. I came out of the shower, dark circles under my eyes from the heavy mascara.

I wiped off the remnants of my makeup, and grabbed a bottle of water. I took large gulps, realizing how quenched I had been. I stretched, and put on some casual clothes. I realized I had a text from James.

'If you ever make up your mind, and decide to choose me, I'll be at the Bar on Main Street' the text read, there was an attached photo of the bars light-up sign. I spun my phone around in my hands, thinking hard. I felt so alone, and he was like the only person I could turn to. My phone buzzed.

Hana: Sorry, plans got cancelled for the group hangout.... maybe another time...

I rolled my eyes, it was just like her to act like this. I pulled up Chandler's contact, my fingers hovered over the keyboard, pondering what I should type, or if I should type at all.

"Fuck!" I threw down my phone angrily. I curled up, bringing my knees to my chest. I looked over James's text.

1 week later

I danced on the dance floor, it had been almost a week since the last party. I let my arms roam over me, then stretch to the ceiling as I moved rhythmically. I closed my eyes, so I wouldn't be tempted to look at Chandler and Hana who were grinding on each other not too far away.

I gave up and opened my eyes, Chandler looked up from Hana, and looked at me. She just kept dancing. I opened the text message with James. Neither of us had sent anything in the convo since his bar text. I groaned, and left as I started to call a cab.

I got in the backseat of the cab.

"Main Street please," I leaned forward. I looked down, my fishnet stockings were torn and I pulled at my dress to make it longer.

"Here you are," the driver swerved to pull over at the sidewalk. I handed him a large bill, I took a deep breath. I could hear rowdy noises from outside the bar. I walked inside, pushing my way through dancing crowds. Finally I came to a clearing, where there were a group of guys crowded around a pool table. I saw James' blond hair, I quickly stepped up the steps. One of his friends turned around and saw me, giving me a smirk.

"James," I said softly. His friend gently nudged him and James turned around. He leaned on his pool stick and sauntered over to me.

"You sure took your time," he smirked.

"Yeah," I muttered softly.

"Well I'm sorry, tonight's a guys night, we have some stuff to sort out, kind of a no girls thing," he shot his friends a grin.

"Really," my mood swung, and I lifted up my chin.

"Well," he shot a sideways glance to his friends, and looked back at me, "I guess you aren't just any girl," he smirked. There was some sort of different mood about him, he felt almost, dangerous.

He threw down his pool stick to come to my side, he put his arm around me, his friends followed obidiently. We got into his car, while his friends all piled into a separate car. We drove for a while, and I got a phone call. Chandler's name flashed on my phone. I looked at James, he was distracted singing along to the radio.

I picked up the phone, but didn't say anything.

"Ashley?" I heard Chandler's voice.

"Listen we've got to talk," he said.

"Who's that?" James asked.

"Nobody," I answered. James just frowned, but focused back on the road.

"Ashley, who are you with?" Chandler's voice sounded panicked.

"That doesn't sound like nobody," James said shooting me a look.

"Is that-" I hung up the phone before Chandler could finish. James pulled into an alley.

"Sit tight alright?" He raised his eyebrows.

"Your going to leave me here?" I said innocently, leaning forward. His eyes moved to the low cut collar of my dress.

"I'll tell the boys we need a minute," he smirked.

We had a quick hot burst of sex, before he quickly started getting his clothes on.

"Alright, now back to business," he smirked.

------------

Uh oh! I think Ashley's getting herself into some deep shit. Anyways skins has inspired me some more, so 'Cook' aka James will be turning into a 'Luke-ish' character. (You'll only get all that if you watch skins) but yeah sorry for not updating, someone close to me recently died so I put this off for a while, and I decided to publish it for you guys finally. I have more news, but nothing official I want to announce yet.
