Get Low

"I got it!" I yelled to Matt as I was racing down the stairs while he was about to open the front door for Kol.

"Okay," Matt said confused as I pushed him to walk away. "Who is it?" He asked.

"Go," I whined, pointing to the living room. He rolled his eyes and went back to watching tv or whatever he was doing.

The doorbell rang again and I finally pulled the door open. Standing there with a bag held on one shoulder was a tall, skinny, brunette with chocolate brown eyes and a big grin spread across his face. "Hi, darling."

"Kol!" I shrieked. I moved forward, wrapping my arms around him. I didn't care that I was stepping outside without shoes. Or that the wind blew against my exposed legs in only a pair of running shorts. Or how goosebumps rose along my arms.

Kol's arms wrapped around me, squeezing me tightly. I breathed in his scent, loving the smell of his cologne. "Happy to see me, huh?" He mumbled, kissing the top of my head.

"Mhm," I hummed, not letting go. My head pressed against his chest hearing the soft thuds of his heart.

"Let's get you inside before you get sick," he said and I hummed again. "That means you have to let me go."

"No," I whined, looking up at him now. A smile graced his lips showing his pearly white teeth.

"You're so cute, Charlie."

My face burned with a blush so I reluctantly let him go to cover my cheeks. We both stepped inside my house, Kol shutting the door behind him. "I can't believe you're here," I grinned.

"So what do you want to do first?" He asked me and I reached for his hand.

"I don't know. But come upstairs," I said.

"No I won't go to your bedroom with you, Charlie," Kol said loudly. I furrowed my brows before spotting Matt smirking at us.

"Kol and Lottie sitting in a tree--" Matt started singing and Kol laughed.

"Shut up," I said, grinning in amusement.

"Excuse us," Kol chuckled. I pulled him along, up to my bedroom. When we got there he tossed his bag to the floor. Then he sat in my hanging chair. "I love this chair," he mused and I rolled my eyes playfully, just watching him.

"You just sit. I'm gonna shower and get dressed. Then we can do something... something epic," I smiled.

"No. Come here," he said, beckoning me over to him. I furrowed my brows and walked to him, stopping in front of the chair. He sat up straight, reaching his arms out until his hands grasped my hips. "Closer."

"Kol," I laughed. "I can't get any closer."

He ignores me and led me between his legs. He smirked up at me, "you are seriously the hottest thing on this earth, darling."

I snorted. "I doubt that's even close to being true," I responded. "Ask your sister."

"Rebekah?" He scoffed. "Who cares what she thinks? I surely don't. And again, I think you're hot and gorgeous and beautiful and incredibly sexy just the way you are."
