I woke up from a nightmare to hear breathing outside my bedroom door. As if the thing sensed I was awake. It started saying in a deep man's voice, "boar hog, bomb hog, bomb bomb bomb".
It repeated ...
"boar hog, bomb hog, bomb bomb bomb"
"boar hog, bomb hog, bomb bomb bomb"
"boar hog, bomb hog, bomb bomb bomb"
It stopped. I thought I was fine, until I heard trotter noises in the kitchen on the tiles. Once the trotting noises stopped, I heard the deep voice again.
"boar hog, bomb hog, bomb bomb bomb"
"boar hog, bomb hog, bomb bomb bomb"
"boar hog, bomb hog, bomb bomb bomb"
Then, after a couple of seconds, the trotting on the kitchen tiles started again. This went on for what felt like an hour, but was only approximately 15 minutes.
Then it stopped and did not come back. Until, while everything was quiet, on my sister's breath, I could hear those same words. "Boar hog, bomb hog, bomb bomb bomb".
After this experience, I began to be haunted by the were rabbit who died two years ago. But I could never forget this. And I'll never forget.
