After the incident, everyone was on edge and rather quiet on the way home from the parade. Rocky had a large welt where Anne had hit her, but Emily did as well from Rocky. No one spoke at all, not even those who weren't involved in the fight. Around the time of the plane touching down, whispers could be heard between Rocky and Jordan who both kept stealing glaces at Anne and Emily. Once out of the plane, everyone went their separate ways. Before getting into a taxi, Rocky ran up to Emily with a saddened look on her face.

"Hey, I need to talk to you. Can you come with me for a few minutes so we can talk?" Emily glanced back at Anne who was already in the taxi, but had a concerning gaze.

"Not really, Rocky, I just can't right now after what happened. I need some space, ok? We can talk tomorrow at school..." Emily brushed her off before hopping into the taxi with Anne. As the two drove off, Rocky turned to face Jordan who was standing behind her with a scowl on her face.

"Great going, Rocky. I doubt she's gonna go for someone like you now. You just ruined my chances with Anne too, so really, I applaud you on your worthless efforts." Jordan scolded her before heading in the opposite direction. Rocky glanced back at the taxi and clutched her shirt angrily.

"Shit... I probably just ruined my chances with Emily... Ugh!" She screamed, throwing down her phone in her other hand. Meanwhile, Emily and Anne were on their way back to their dorm to go to bed. It was already about 12:30 am by the time their flight ended, not to mention, it would take about twenty minutes to get to their dorm. The two quickly fell asleep in the taxi, but were soon woken up as their ride had ended. Emily paid the driver, as Anne was once again out cold as soon as he woke them up, and so Emily had to carefully carry her on into the building.

"It's a good thing we moved in right before the trip..." Emily muttered to herself. Their room was, thankfully, on the first floor, so Emily didn't have to go far for their room. Once in it, Emily carefully lifted Anne and set her into the bed and covered her up. Without a warning, Anne grappled onto Emily's shirt and pulled her into the bed as well. "Well, whatever... At least we will keep warm..." Emily shifted under the covers too and laid close to Anne who was smiling in her sleep...

In the morning, Anne was wide awake before Emily, surprisingly, and took the chance to get dressed already and unpack the clothes and items from yesterday. Lumi was in the corner of the room still sleeping from the night before, so Anne filled his bowl with food and laid out a bone for him to chew while they were gone for school.

"I'll have to have dad come pick him up later on... I still need to look at apartments for us to look at for next month so we can, hopefully, move into one..." Anne sighed, rubbing the dog's head lightly so she wouldn't wake him. She glanced back over to Emily who was still out and grinned. "I'd hate to wake her, but she needs to get ready... I just hope Rocky won't be there yet. Kind to think of it, Emily was pretty adorable yesterday when she got all upset for me..." Anne leaned down, laying her head on the bed and twirled Emily's hair slightly. She opened her eyes slowly and smiled as soon as she saw Anne fiddling with her hair.

"Morning, Anne. Did you get enough sleep?" Anne nodded in response and stood up.

"I'd hate to interrupt your sweet dreams, but we need to get ready for school." Emily signed and sat up, yawning loudly as she did.

"Don't worry about it! I actually got some pretty good sleep last night thanks to you. It was cold and you kind of... held me the whole night basically, so it was nice..." Anne blushed at her response and choked out a laugh.

"T-that's good then... Let's head out now I guess..." Emily nodded, finishing getting dressed and walking out the door hand in hand with Anne. The school wasn't far away from the dorm, so the two walked there at a normal pace. As soon as they walked through the doors, Rocky and Jordan greeted them both with smiles.

"Morning you two! How was your-"

"Rocky, you need to stay away from us for a while. I'm not repeating myself again, so heed my warning." Anne cut her off, glaring at the two as Emily and her passed by. Jordan sighed and glanced back to Rocky who was shaking her fists in anger.

"Ahhh!  She pisses me off so much!" Rocky cried, storming off in the opposite direction. Emily broke free of Anne's grip and sighed.

"Calm down, Anne. You're hurting me.  I'm sure Rocky means no harm, you know. She did apologize to us..." Anne stopped in the middle of the hallway and turned around with a worried look on her face.

"I know, but there's something going on with her and Jordan, I just know it!  They have to be plotting something, Emily, it just doesn't feel right!" Emily frowned and walked past Anne angrily, heading to her own class first.

"I need some space, Anne, your suffocating me right now and we just need some time to gather our thoughts. I'm sorry." Emily sobbed, rushing down the hallway. There was no one in the class yet besides a tall girl with short undercut chestnut hair. He arms were long and slender just as her legs and waist were too. She turned to face Emily to reveal glasses and a few piercings in her other ear.

"Ah, you're Emily aren't you? Do you think you can, uh, assist me for a minute." Without any hesitation, Emily walked over to the girl who had been doing some homework, "I know you weren't here yesterday, but can you show me how to do this? I'm better at sports than this stuff really..." Emily went ahead and show her what exactly to do.

"And that's about it. Did I help you any or no?" Emily asked, stepping away from the desk slightly. The girl nodded and bright smile spread across her face.

"You really saved me! Thanks, Emily. Ah, yes! I forgot to introduce myself! I'm Alix." She said, holding out a hand for Emily to shake.

"Emily, but I guess you already know that. It's a pleasure to meet you, Alix." The two laughed and giggled as they spoke until the door to the room opened. It was Anne. She had a frown on her face and walked to Emily who was now saddened herself.

"Look, Emily, I'm sorry, ok? I didn't mean to be so... controlling. The group wants to meet in the club room real quick, so they wanted me to deliver the message. Again, I'm sorry, but please meet in the room soon..." With that, Anne dashed back out of the room, leaving Emily and Alix alone together again.

"I guess you should get going now, huh? It was nice talking to you, Emily." Alix muttered, turning back to her notebook.

"Actually, I was wondering if you could please come with me? It's a little... intense right now in our club... a lot of things happened yesterday and today... I just really need a friend or someone with me right now, Alix."
