Forbidden Mates Ch. 32

Rose's P.O.V.

Hunter got off of me and the bed and when he begins to make his way towards the door I cry out, "Wait! Please don't go." Hunter half turns around and he says, "I'm not going anywhere babe, just turning the light off." After he says that he turns the light off to prove his point and I say, "I thought you were leaving." Hunter gets back on the bed and he says, "I would never leave you." When Hunter gets closer to me, I wrap my arms around him and say, "That's a relief, I was worried." A couple of tears slid out of my eyes as I said that and then Hunter kisses the top of my head and he says, "I would never leave you, for you are the love of my life and I love you." More tears slid out of my eyes as I say, "Aw, thank you Hunter, I love you too and you are the love of my life."

Hunter pulls me closer to him and I felt that if he pulled me any closer, that I would explode. Hunter sits down on the bed and then he pulls me on the top of his lap as he dries the tears that were on my face. I lay my head against Hunter's chest and I felt Hunter's hand on my head. I closed my eyes for a bit and then I felt Hunter's lips on top of my head. I sigh slightly and he says, "What's wrong babe?" I shrug my right shoulder since I couldn't move my left and say, "Nothing really... just a little tired." Hunter squeezes my arm gently and he says, "Alright, let me turn the light on so we can get in bed properly."

I slide off of Hunter and he gets off the bed and makes his way towards the light. When he turns it on, I closed my eyes immediately tight as the light burned and I never heard Hunter walking back until I felt his soft lips press against mine. I opened up my eyes as he moved his body and lips away from mine. I whimpered slightly so I stood up and pulled him towards me and I kissed him back. I pulled away from him and I saw that he was trying to pull me back towards him so I say, "Get the bed ready and then you can kiss me."

Hunter's P.O.V.

I growl slightly and say, "I better get kissed." Rose kisses my cheek and she says, "You will." I kiss her on the cheek and fold out a blanket and I say to Rose, "Okay babe, get in bed." Rose kisses me once more before getting into the bed; after I pull the blanket up and over her; I turn around heading towards the light switch to turn it off. I turned it off and I make my way back to my Rose. I get into the bed and I feel Rose climb on top of me. I smile slightly and wrap my arms around her.

I kiss the top of her head and I feel her snuggle into me. I moan a little and then Rose says, "I love you Hunter." I squeeze her hard as I say, "I love you too Rose." A few minutes later I heard Rose's faint breathing and I knew then that she was asleep. I kissed the top of her head once more before I too fell sleep. I woke up the next day and once again Rose was not in the room. I slowly got off the bed and made my way out of the room.

I went into the kitchen and I found Rose sitting in the kitchen with Ash. I sigh loudly gaining the attention of Rose and Ash and I watch as Rose rises from her chair towards me. I wrap an arm around her and I hear sounds of footsteps coming into the kitchen. I turn around to face my brothers and then Connor says, "We all came in here and decided that we should go home to our mates; well everybody's except mine." I nod my head and look at Rose and I see that she has a sad face and I knew that everybody saw it and Dominic says, "It's not like were never coming back Rose." She looks up at Dominic and says softly, "I know that, it's just its going to be weird." Everybody except me laughs and Ash says, "Believe me Rose, it's going to be weird for us too; were already used to you." I nod my head knowing that Ash was speaking the truth and it was a good feeling.
