Harrison woke up and couldn't move. He tried to sit up, but then noticed Carrie laying beside him with her head on his shoulder, and her arm thrown across his waist. Harrison wasn't going to move. She looked pretty comfortable and when she was really tired, she'd cuddle up to him like this.

He slowly leaned back on his pillow while being careful not to wake her. His hand that was around her and resting on her waist, moved to her back where he gently rubbed it. Harrison placed a gentle kiss on her forehead and cussed when her eyes fluttered open.

She picked her head up and blinked a few times while pulling the few blankets she was wrapped up in, up to her neck.

"The princess has awoken from her slumber."

Carrie gave his chest a little push. "Hey. I was tired."

"I was tired too."

She rolled her eyes. "What even time is it?"

"Only 9:30."

"You let me sleep in that long? Why? I thought you were getting up early!"

Harrison smirked. "You looked pretty comfortable. I wouldn't of woken myself."

"But don't you have to get ready for tonight?"

"I don't have to leave until 3:30."

Tonight the Panthers were playing the Eagles. Winner went to the Super Bowl to face the winner of the Broncos and Chiefs game.

"And why do you need so many blankets?"

"Maybe I'm cold."

He laughed. Carrie looked like she was in a cocoon the way she was wrapped up in her blankets. Harrison managed to wedge his hands between all the layers of blankets and onto her hips where the feeling of his cool hands made her jump.

Harrison kept his hands there. She had no chance of getting out since she was restricted by the blankets. "Stop it!"

While she kept attempting to squirm out of his grasp, he continued to laugh. Eventually she was able to kick him and roll away. Carrie didn't realize how close she'd gotten to the edge until she tumbled off the side.

"You're mean."

Carrie dug herself out of the pile of blankets. Then cold hands once again found themselves on her waist. "Stop it!"

She pushed him away and ran out of their bedroom as he chased after her. Carrie slid down the railing as Harrison quickly ran down the steps after her. She jumped off the railing and made a beeline for the living room.

Harrison caught her just as she ran past the tv. He grabbed her from behind and tackled her onto the couch. "I got you."

"So?"

He once again placed his cold hands on her hips. "Will you stop it?"

"No."

Two could play at this game. While he was busy trying to freeze her out, Carrie quickly slipped her hands under his shirt and tickled his sides. She was chasing him back up the stairs instantly.

As they thundered back up the stairs, Riley started crying, telling her parents that she was ready for breakfast. Harrison ran right past their bedroom and his only option was Riley's room.

Carrie followed him in. He was backing up towards Riley's crib. "I got you now."

His back was against Riley's crib. And she was sitting up behind him. As Harrison's attention was on Carrie, she snuck her little hand through the bars and poked her daddy right in his tickle spot.

Harrison collapsed and Carrie couldn't stop laughing as she went to pick Riley up out of her crib. "That's the way to go sweetheart."
