You know the term, Best Friend or maybe even the term 'Ride or Die.'

That is what Hannah Baker is to me. Not only does she understand me perfectly, but she also does stand on my side when I need her the most. There are so many exciting and thrilling memories we both share with each other that it's impossible to imagine having lived a life without her. She is the only person that has always been and will always be there to share the most important moments of life with me.

She helped me with deciding to take this chance with Jeff. She was there to help me look at my best and she even pushed me to do the dollar valentine...I mean...I don't have to reiterate, just read the other transcripts of this tape.

The point is that she always had my back, but this time it was my time to have hers.

"So, I was thinking maybe we can go to the movies?" Jeff asked while I was organizing my locker to the order in which I had my classes.

"I don't know Jeff..."

"Why not? Do you have to study?" Jeff pressed.

"Oh my god!" I said as I was pretending to be shocked, "How did you know?"

"I swear babe, you are such a nerd sometimes..." Jeff teased causing me to smile at his annoying antics. However, as quickly as I closed my locker was when he took his chance to swing his arm around my waist and pull me into his body.

"S-Stop it, J-Jeff," I stuttered out of embarrassment as he smiled placing small kisses on my forehead, nose, cheek, and ears.

"What's wrong Rose, can't handle a little PDA?" Jeff teased as he continued to kiss me all over my face, avoiding my lips....well until he stopped and looked at my lips and inwardly groaned. In his eyes, he wanted to kiss me, but he was keeping himself under control in order to not mess up. It was what I once read in a book when someone deeply cares about the other.

"Jeff," I stated, "As much as I would like to go out tonight with you, I am on call."

"on call?" Jeff questioned pulling away a bit to look at you out of curiosity, "On call for what?"

"I'm on friend duty," I replied moving out of his arms and walking towards my class to which he followed and grabbed my books out my hands. I smiled knowing that he has been doing that a lot along with swinging that big muscular arm around my shoulder and holding me close.

"Friend duty?" Jeff continued to push on, "Hannah? Clay? Tony?"

"You think those are the only friends I could be worried about?" I said pretending to be offended but laughing at the fact that he was interrogating me.

"Then who?"

"Well, that is one code I am not going to break," I replied, "Remember, chicks before dicks."

I grabbed my books and ran into my class as Jeff looking at me a little shocked at what I told him and smiled as he walked off towards his class.
