Metal Vs Storm

Don't stop, March on...

Shockingly enough it was the brothers who reached first. The fight was quite a sight. Alphonse went for a frontal attack, a sucker punch to the face that thean dodged amd Edward right behind with his automail hand transformed into a blade.

The two moved like a well oiled machine... that was however untill Edward's leg froze on him again. Toshiro moved in for the 'kill'.

As the brothers kept the man's attention at the front, he darted to the back, impossible to see with the white coat and pale skin. In an instant blue lightning arced and the Captain's legs were frozen to the ground. The captain's automail arm swung backwards, he knew the ice alchemist was there. Toshiro dodged and jumped to the front..... only to collide with Edward. In a tangle of limbs and Alphonse too far the Captain grinned wickedly and grabbed Toshiro's right leg and held him upside down high above the ground.

"Well well, I've finally caught the ice fox." The man's gravelly voice was clear in the fury of falling snow and rapidly darkening sky.

"Only once" he huffed "don't drop me tho, I have flash bangs with me." Toshiro warned as he smirked at the man.

Another voice broke the cold air, "Put him down Captain, I'm interested in why our ice fox has returned to us so soon."

"Yes commander." On the Briggs wall stood an beautiful woman, full package, with long blond hair and icy blue eyes that seemed to match the ice and snow. She was dressed in a military uniform and at her side was a pure silver rapier. The Commander of Briggs Wall herself. "Good fight I must say, you must be the Elric brothers, come right inside."

Inside was warmer than they expected. The walls were like a never ending tunnel lined with steel walls and metal floor. A perfect reinforcement.

The commander seemed to be glaring at Storm who avoided her gaze at all cost. "Quite a show you put on out there."

The ice alchemist nodded, hands in ease behind his back. Suddenly the Commander was had Storm pinned, one hand on his shoulder, another on her sword and a scary look on her face. "If you know, then why did you loose?!" She spoke in a calm whisper.

Shockingly, the ice storm alchemist chuckled "You're always betting against the poor captain for money you know he'll loose, I thought I'd shake things up." The Commander sighed and bowed her head.

"You always were to smart for me." She shook her head and smirked, "No dilliydally now, I'm quite curious of your reason being here." Toshiro nodded in understanding. "I must commend you two however, that was quite the fight out there." She turned to the brothers.

Edward opened his mouth to respond but he suddenly stumbled and fell on his knee, Alphonse rushed to help him, "Damn it, it's the automail leg." Toshiro swore.

"Don't worry, we'll get that settled right away."

Edward sat on the examination table while the doctor make extra arrangements on the new northern automail. He was still twitching a bit from the initial attachment of the automail. "How does that feel Major Elric?"

"Like in extention, how did you know my automail type?" Edward looked on in awe as he moved the limbs.

"We had to contact your engineer, your Colonel sent me the instructions to build them before you reached." The doctor, who looked no more than twenty with shaggy brown hair and hazel eyes to match, smiled. He turned to Toshiro who sat on another table one-side reading a file, "and you, pants off, I wanna check your leg."

"Oh good doctor, I'd usually say a dinner and date first, but since you asked so-" the doctor promptly took the papers out of Toshiro's hands and smacked him on the head with it. "Fine, fine."
