Chapter 28

"REMUS JOHN LUPIN!" That's what the boys heard from the breakfast counter in Sirius and Remus' rooms while they made the tea.

"What?!" Remus yelled back from the bathroom where he was trying to get ready for classes.

"WHY?! Why did you dye all of my clothes silver and green?!" The dark haired man yelled back. "Not that I don't look absolutely ravishing in any color, but green?! Not just any green. That awful emerald, Slytherin green!" At that the boys were holding their sides laughing so hard they were holding on to each other to keep from falling out of their stools.

"Why would I do that? Unless you have a guilty conscience of something you've done to deserve it?" Remus asked coming around the corner to the doorway of their room. "There was that guest speaker for the charms class this week. You were flirting pretty hard with them..." Remus said suggesting Sirius may have deserved the harmless prank.

"What?! No! THEY were flirting with ME. I was paitently waiting for the incredibly sexy love of my life to make his way down the hall." Sirius replied throwing his clothes all over the bed looking for anything black.

"Anyway, it wasn't me, love. I was just kidding about the speaker." Remus was walking over to wrap his arms around his, still fuming, husband.

The boys were trying to suppress their laughter when they heard the men coming out of the room for breakfast. They couldn't wait to see what Sirius had decided to wear. When they saw him they lost all control again, Sirius was in a pair of tight silver trousers with a green t-shirt under one of Remus' large burgundy sweaters.

"So, boys. What do you think? New fashion statement?" Sirius was smiling and striking a pose until he saw the look in Harry's eyes, the same look he got when he helped Sirius pull a particularly funny prank. "YOU! BOTH OF YOU!" The man yelled running over to the boys who had just jumped out of their seats to put the counter between them and Sirius.

"We're sorry! We couldn't help it!" Draco said between fits of laughter.

"It is pretty funny, Padfoot." Harry laughed jumping around the counter as Sirius came lunging to where they were just standing.

"Plus, you did tell us to pull a prank if we were bored!" Draco said once he was able to stop laughing for a moment. "You should have heard yourself. Blaming Moony!"

"It is pretty funny, love. As I recall you did this to Prongs in sixth year after he locked us in a closet." Remus laughed smiling at the memory of their first kiss. "I can't believe that we didn't see what we have now."

"Oh don't turn this sentimental to get them out of the revenge they have coming to them!" Sirius said adding his usual dramatics.

"Well, this was fun! Look at the time, we have to get class. Have fun!" Draco said grabbing Harry and rushing them out of the rooms. "That should wear off in a day or two, bye!"

"A DAY OR TWO?!" Sirius yelled running after them. "Well Moony, looks like your stuck with a dog until this wears off." He turned to his husband with a smirk and a kiss to his cheek.

"Oh yeah, because you're not always a dog. Pinning after me like a teenager, like we're not married adults." Remus said rolling his eyes.

"I need to keep you around, love. Plus, you still blush when I flirt with you, and give me that look that you know makes me weak in the knees." Sirius replied dropping his voice low and leaning down to kiss the shorter mans neck.

"Oh I have no idea what you could possibly mean. It was by pure luck and trickery that i caught you." Remus said as he was lifted to into Sirius' arms wrapping his legs around his waist.
