"Moony, Padfoot.." Harry said as he tapped their shoulders to wake them up.

"Hey. 'Morning, Prongslet." Sirius said groggily stretching.

"It's afternoon!" Harry giggled climbing into Remus' lap. "Wanna go see Hagrid today?"

"Mm? After Dumbledore, yeah?" Remus replied slowly waking up rubbing his neck, it was sore from sleeping with his head rested on top of Sirius'.

When they were up and moving they took Harry down to Hagrid's hut so they could talk to Dumbledore about what was going to happen. The whole way down Harry rambled about the animals and Hagrid's hut and the forest. When they arrived at Hagrid's they found him standing by the edge of the forbidden forest talking to a centaur. Sirius and Remus knew how centaurs felt about witches and wizards so they pulled Harry, who was about to run up to Hagrid, back. They turned around and began looking at the castle and had a conversation about how the place had hardly changed since their school years. Remus made sure to be visible to Hagrid when he turned around, he knew that the centaur already knew that they are there, Remus just hoped that he sensed that they were being respectful and not listening in.

"Hagrid!!" Harry called with a wide smile when he saw the man walking up to them.

"Hiya Harry! How are ya?" The man said while scooping the boy up into a hug. "Surely it's not a full moon yet? That's next week!"

"Nope! We're going to live here now! I can help you all the time! At least until school starts." Harry said excited and proud that he would be able to help.

"Well, I have to see Dumbledore about some business then we can go to the forest to check on Aragog, how's that sound?" Hagrid said putting the boy back down in front of his godfathers.

"Coincidentally we were planning on doing the same thing. How about we walk up together? I'm sure Madam Pince or Madam Pumpfrey wouldn't mind keeping an eye on him for a bit." Remus said taking Harry by the hand and leading them back up to the castle. "Where would you prefer, Prongslet?"

"Mmmm. Library!" The little boy said as he jumped up the steps leading up to the castle.

Once they had dropped Harry off with Madam Pince and made him promise to behave the three men made they're way to Dumbledore's office. Upon walking in they found the place quite crowded, in the group were Professor Minerva Mcgonagall, Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge, Professor Severus Snape, and many other official looking individuals. When a half giant, and two more men walked in everyone stopped what they were saying and stared.

"Now now, everyone. Don't stop what you were saying for little ol' me." Sirius said with a grin. "But now that we're all here let's talk about how to keep my godson safe, shall we?" At this comment Remus rubbed the bridge of his nose and rolled his eyes at his husband's theatrics.

"Exactly what we were discussing Mr. Black." Professor Snape said looking down his long nose with a disgusted look on his face. "Do you have any useful information for us regarding his safety?" Sirius did not miss the enunciation of the word "useful" which of course made his blood boil. It was his bloody godson! He knew everything there was to know about the boy! And for the greasy haired Snivelous, an old rival, to suggest he wasn't capable of caring for Harry made it even worse.

"Well, it's my cousin who is after my godson I think I might." Sirius said striding to this middle of the room with a smug look over to Professor Snape. "I know she's after him, we all do. I know she'll be headed straight to the old Potter house once she realizes we are no longer in London, then she'll come here and do all that she can to lure Harry out. I know most of her tricks, at least the ones prior to Voldemort. We were rather close at one point. Something big is coming and Harry plays a key part in it. We need to stop that, keeping him safe is the only way we can ensure that."
