Shawn’s POV:
“I CALL SHOTGUN!” Hayes screamed to everyone as we squished into the cab. Thankfully the car ride wasn’t long at all, or I would have suffocated.
I sat in the middle of Jason and Matt, but was being squashed by everyone else. I noticed Jason had his headphones in and was listening to music, when he suddenly started singing. He was actually really good. I could so see us doing a duet together.
We got to the hotel around 8 and we all got checked into our rooms. I was really excited for magcon tomorrow. All of our fans keep posting about how excited they are to meet us, and it makes me really happy.
After we got settled in our own rooms, we all went to hang out in Nash, Hayes, and Jason’s room. I really wanted to talk to Jason to see if he’d want to do a duet together at magcon tomorrow.
“Hey Jason I wanted to ask you something” I said while walking over to him.
“Yea?” he questioned
“I heard you singing earlier in the cab and wanted to know if you would wanna do a duet with me tomorrow.” I said.
“I would love to! But I just don’t know if I’m good enough, well at least not as good as you.” he said shyly.
“Are you insane? I heard you in the car, you’re amazing!”
“Thanks, but I don’t think I’m ready yet.” He then looked down at his phone and smiled.
“Who’s that?” I asked
“Oh it’s my cousin Quinn. She’s my age and she’s coming to Magcon tomorrow to see us.” He replied.
“Oh cool! I can’t wait to meet her!”
