They searched the area around the planet, only finding a few survivors. Time to check out the planet below. Katie could tell that each one of them were nervous and anxious about what they'd find. The planet seemed totally desolate, but they'd hate to leave without checking.

Their ship was lowered down to the planet. The ground was completely dry and all the things that were once there were completely obliterated. Katie looked around in shock.

"Maybe we shouldn't have come to look. This is just depressing," Ozar said as he peered down. "There's nothing but dust. I feel bad for those who were down here." Te-osh placed a hand on his shoulder.

"We should come back and build a monument. Look, the only things not destroyed are the locators. We'll do it our way," she said and Ozar nodded. It was actually a good idea.

The ship then left the planet behind. They all did.

It took a few months to construct that monument Te-osh suggested. By then Katie had been sent on more missions and was known as a Freedom Fighter almost everywhere. The galra had increased the bounty on her head by plenty and it was getting more difficult to operate through her jobs. Katie had to be more and more careful with each mission.

It was becoming harder to move without having someone on her tail. "I can't walk in the Space Mall without being attacked, much less an enemy base!" she told herself. "I'll have to hide myself for good. No one can know either. I know! That tragic incident a few months ago. I'll use the memorial. I'll pretend I died there with the other thousands! I know where I can hide too. All I have to do is erase all information of me after that incident. But, I want my mother to be able to find me..."

She froze trying to think of a solution. She'd practically gone mad, talking to herself like some deranged monkey. "The code that only I, Mom, and Matt know! I can hide it within my supposed tombstone. A little harsh, but Mom will be able to decipher it... hopefully."

"Now... I need an archive of where I've been the last few months so I can destroy evidence. Oh, and I will need to extract the galra information from my locator...," she muttered to herself as she went to work. She'd need a way to keep up with everything happening outside of her hiding spot... She will also have to keep the Freedom Fighters updated on information she finds.

"What to do, what to do..." She was sitting alone in her private quarters, talking to herself again. She must seem totally sane to those passing by. Yeah, right. She snorted to herself and chewed on her pen.

(Katie's timeline was waaayyy behind Matt's so now I fixed it.)

Matt looked at the screen. He couldn't believe it. That was his sister's face. That was her long, beautiful hair that she hated to keep tamed. In this galra camera file, it showed Katie being rescued from that place. Meaning she's safe... or at least he hoped her to be.

Feelings flooded his senses. He was one step closer to finding his sister and mother. All he had to do was find out who those people who saved her were. Then everything went black, the image of the coughing Katie, gone forever. Matt screamed as he fell into a pitch-black pit.

Suddenly she stepped forward, more real then before, surrounding in a light blue light as if she was like Allura's father, a simple hologram. Her hands were outstretched, reaching for Matt. She was whispering something he couldn't hear. Then suddenly she clawed at him, grabbing hair, and snarled.

"You forgot about me! You left me alone while you were having fun and getting a girlfriend! Congrats, by the way!" Katie shouted.

Then he awoke, drenched in his own sweat. Every since he found out that new information about his sister, dream after dream came pouring in at random moments. He'd questioned a few aliens a while back, but none of them knew what happened to her.

He had hit a dead end, a slump. Who knows what had happened to his sister. She could be off suffering alone for all they knew. Meanwhile he was here laughing and even falling in love. Katie herself was separated from her love and her life. Matt didn't like what he was doing.

It made him feel like he'd betrayed her, left her for the dogs. He pushed her under the bus, kicked her to the side. There were many terms he could say for how he felt, but there was only one thing his mind was telling him to do: go to Allura.

They promised each other that they could lean on one another and figure out a way to make things okay. After they had to destroy the memory of her father, Matt's had frequent visits from her when she's had nightmares.

He does the same. Matt climbed out of bed and opened the door. Just as he set foot out into the hallway, he spotted the mice. They instantly ran to him and began pulling on his pajama pant's hem. They were pointing in the direction of the room that had held Allura's father.

Confused, Matt followed. The mice were close friends to Allura and they talked. That's how Allrua knew he was a guy before he told her. The mice darted in the room he expected them to: the room that confined Alfor's memory. Inside, Allura was on the floor, looking through photos stored on the database.

A picture of her here and a picture of her family there. "Allura?" Matt whispered and she jerked her head backwards. She relaxed when she saw it was just him.

"Matt... what are you doing here?" Allura asked before spotting the mice, "Did they lead you here. I said I wanted to be alone..." Her cheeks were wet and her eyes were red and puffy.

"Have you been crying?" he asked and sat down next to her. By instinct, he pulled her close to his chest and allowed her to cry. She'd done this once a week after Alfor went away for good. "It's okay, you've got me."

Allura nodded into his chest. That's when he realized how close they actually were. Nerves exploded and he went silent. Oh, the circumstances he found himself in.
