A month and a half later...

Matt excitingly packed a small bag, making sure to pack the money. He found a trace. He found a way to find his sister. All he had to do was leave and get who bought the bomb used in Katie's escape. Just as he was about to leave, Allura caught him.

"What are you doing?" she asked, looking between Matt and the bag in his hand, "You aren't planning on leaving again, are you?" Matt shook his head.

"Absolutely not. This is just supplies I might need. I found a lead on Katie and I'm going to get her. You can handle things around here, right?" Matt explained and made his way past Allura. She grabbed onto his sleeve to stop him.

"Yeah, of course I can, but promise me you'll come back," she said, brows furrowed with pink-tinted cheeks. Matt didn't know why she wanted him so say the obvious.

"Of course I am. I already said I'm just going to-," he started but the princess cut him off. Her look of fury stopped him from interrupting her.

"Just promise me!" she shouted and shook his sleeve she still held in her hand.

"I will return to you," he said quietly in defeat. Allura let go with a sigh and smiled. Matt returned her smile and turned around. "I promise." With that he was gone.

He walked in a cloak down a thin passage leading to the shop. People who were there watched him pass. Soon he found the door and entered. It lead to another small passage that had too many turns for his liking.

He finally came upon the man he'd been looking for. The alien had his feet propped up on his desk. He reminded Matt of the punks you'd see in anime with the mohawk and ear piercings. The man said two words, "Shop's closed."

"I'm just looking for directions to a show, I heard it's explosive," Matt replied, using the code he'd been given. He would play this poor alien and figure out where his sister is. He didn't care what he had to do.

The alien looked unimpressed. "So you're the one looking for the nano-thermite titanium-boron? Very expensive. Difficult to procure, I assure you," the alien replied, waving his hands a bit.

"Keep it," Matt answered, setting his plan into action. He didn't want the bomb. Just who he sold it to. The rebels who set Katie free.

"You're backing out of our agreement?" the alien said, raising his voice and sitting up. He no longer looked cool and calm. He was on the edge of pure anger.

"Altering it in your favor, actually. I'll still give you the money, but, in return, you tell me who in this video and where to find them," Matt explained and pulled up the footage of the people escorting Katie away from the jail cell.

"Why would I know those people?" the alien asked, raising one of his four arms in a dismissive manner.

"Because they used nano-thermite titanium-boron, and you're the only one in this section of the galaxy that seems to be selling it," Matt retorted, not wanting to play a game.

"I've had some good luck selling things of value. And I think the galra would pay a lot to know how you got your hands on that security footage!" the alien roared and whipped out two swords. Matt realized he'd have to go the hard way.

"Really? This is how we're doing it? All I want is the information!" Matt said in disappointment. The alien jumped on the desk and prepared to attack. Matt kicked it and the alien toppled over. The paladin took out his bayard and grabbed a heavy-looking object behind the merchant.

The alien stood and tried to attack once more. Matt, with a pull of his bayard, sent the object flying to the back of the alien's head. He watched the four-armed guy fall and sighed at the situation.

Matt crouched and said, "Just had to do it the hard way." After gathering what he needed, he left the alien tied up on his desk. "Thanks for the intel."  The alien growled.

Matt left the planet with haste. "Te-osh," he muttered to himself as he compared her profile with that of the security footage he took. "Looks like I got a positive ID. Last known whereabouts... Kraydah's moon," he said, typing for the information. Now he knew his next destination.

Though, he couldn't help feeling something was going to happen. He arrived to the moon safely at least. With a few clicks he zoomed in on the planet to view the ground below. Why was he always right!? "Oh no! It's a galra attack!" he groaned to himself and put his lion into thrust. He arrived to aid them in light speed.

The rebels were fighting back with all they had, but it wasn't enough. Plenty of things were alit. Was Te-osh alright!? Was he going to be able to find out about his sister!? Matt was quick to help.

"Can it be? The Green Lion? What an auspicious occasion!" one of the aliens said. He had blue skin, pointy ears, and a white beard.

Matt took note of the figure and zoomed in on him. "That must be one of the Freedom Fighters!" he whispered and landed his lion so he could learn where Te-osh was.

Upon landing, he was happily greeted by the guy. "Greetings. I am Lieutenant Ozar. You must be one of the paladins!" the lieutenant cheered.

"Yes, I'm Pidge. What's going on?"

Katie kicked the floor in frustration. She yearned for action. She wanted something to do. She hadn't learned much over the days, or months, she'd been in her little hideout. Nothing other then some of the movement patterns around her area. New information other Freedom Fighters gather was always coming in and she struggled to seem like she was still in action.

No new conversations had came in for a while, but there was a galra fleet heading her direction. She was preparing for them to accidentally hand her information. While she patiently waited on the floor, she fumbled with the  freedom fighter mask in her hand.

She didn't know why, but she felt as if something marvelous would happen. Maybe this was the day her mother came and collected her.

You guys all know what is coming. The tears of a Holt and the reunion of the best siblings in the universe! Also it's so cold out and it usually doesn't get this way around my part of the US... Though I know other's deal with worse conditions...
