*few months later*

Lisa's POV

I have been hanging out with Tanner quite a bit. He's really sweet. I think it's because we both been through life changing experiences is why we connect so well. He's been coming over when the kids are sound asleep. We were watching a movie and talking and he spoked up
"So when do I get to meet your kids?" He asked and I took a breath
"I don't know, I don't just wanna just bring people in and out of their lives you know?" I asked and he spoked up
"So I have to admit something and this going to make me sound like a total high schooler" He said and I chuckled
"What is it?" I asked and he took a breath
"There is something about you that just" He said and I spoked up
"Go on" I said and he spoked up
"You're beautiful Lisa, you're strong, and a hell of a mother I'm just really into you" He said and I smiled
"Thank you, so much" I said and he took a breath and I spoked up
"But you have to understand that whatever goes on with us or anything that my kids are my priority and they're always going to be put first" I said and he took a breath
"I completely understand" He said and I nodded and I looked down and he spoked up
"Now what's wrong?" He said and I just took a breath
"I'm starting to have the same feelings about you but it scares me" I said and he made a face
"What scares you?" He asked and I took a breath
"Aaron, some part of me feel like I shouldn't be doing this but I know Aaron would not want me to be alone what's so ever but I just" I said and he cut me off
"Miss him" He said and I nodded
"So much" I said and he spoked up
"You know, you never told me much about him like you told me the situation and stuff but never about you guys" He asked and I took a breath
"We were just crazy about each other, like we were definitely in love and everyone knew it, we set goals for our future, like we were there" I said and he put his arm around me and rubbed my shoulder and I looked at him
"You never told me why you and your wife got divorce" I asked and he spoked up
"She just decided she didn't want to be with me anymore so we got divorce" He said and I looked at him
"I'm sorry,  you're a amazing guy so that's probably the stupidest mistake she will ever make" I said and he smiled as he arm was still around me and he gave me a hug and we pulled away and just looked at each other and he spoked up
"I wanna be good for you" He admitted and he leaned in and pressed his lips against mine and pulled away, I honestly don't know what to think at this point.
