"If a person truly loves the significant other, there is no need for a shield. Let him live life and be free instead of protecting him with a cage covered in steel gates."
-Rio Fernandez
Éclairs POV
"Fool! I am simply following orders. I wasn't' waiting for you at all."
"Huh. Whatever you say. Let's not waste time here."
He snorted and left me behind a few steps. I only got to stare at his back before entering the elevator ready to bring us down.
"If you become a hindrance, I will send you back. You will instead do the paperwork and take over Rex's job."
"Huh. Sure, by the way is Aljean the great really your name?"
"I could ask you the same thing. Is Pal yours?" never mind that. I did not bother ask again.
When we reached the parking lot, he gave me one quick look before warning me again.
"If suddenly your life is in a situation where you would rather commit suicide than be shot, don't try crying to me for help because I would certainly be busy by the time we get there." after that he went inside the driver's seat and I followed seating at the back.
He faced me with an annoyed look on his face."Who do you think you are? Get your drearier here in the front seat. Immediately."
Well there you have the modern age magic word. Immediately.
I did what he told me to do and he drove to the destination.

"What do you know about this terrorist group?" he asked as we arrived on the old abandoned building.
"I know nothing of this group. No information was passed to me."
He shook his head very slowly and clicked his tongue.
"Inaccurate. Even if no information was given, you have to at least know a little about the people you are trying to catch. They might be innocent and are just accused. They may want something they deserve of having but is ripped off of their rights and because they are little people in a society of caste system, there are things they should fight for even if their honor and lives are on the line."
His long speech ended when a man wearing a mask saw us. He silenced him by a quick hit on the neck."I'm guessing they're not one of the righteous group." Judging from the force he exerted to hit the masked man.
"Accurate. They're a group hogging money from people, stealing millions from banks and they get away because some people think they shouldn't be shot since they are humans like us."
He meant the alleged extra judicial killings. We hid behind a good spot where a pile of sack could cover our body from the view of lookouts in the other party.
There are about one hundred eighty people inside. Some of them are hostages. In estimation, the extremists inside consists of a hundred and fifty and the rest needs the saving. Though this may not be accurate because I only based the number of men to those whom I see carrying weapons and firearms.
I can affect as much as two billion people at once so the number of firemen is a piece of cake but I can't guarantee the safety of the hostages inside. If only Raven was here beside me, things would be much easier.
"Why did you suddenly became quiet? Are you scared now that you're here?"
He asked while preparing his ammo. I must say he handles the gun pretty well. It's as if it has been a part of him.
