It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.

Eclair's POV
Thunder kept on rumbling, the rain hasn't stopped for hours matching the unstoppable speed of wind menacing to ruin the serene life I've always dreamed of having.
"That girl murdered her family. The Earl would never forgive her.""Even her own mother left. She feared her own flesh and blood."
The fear is crippling me. I cannot move, the swollen cheeks throbbing continuously, painfully is not the cause of tears escaping my eyes, its the reality that my beloved sister died, my whole clan died and my own mother left me.
No one will get near me in fear of getting killed. The weight of fever is crashing my body, clouding my mind disabling me to think straight.
".air.."
"Eclair.."
"Lady Eclair...you were having a nightmare." The sight of Raven embracing me tightly made me swallow the lump in my throat and I pushed him away.
"Leave."
He stood up from the bed, kneeled his left knee on the bedroom floor and bowed his head courteously.
"Forgive me for being useless my mistress. If I had found a way so that you won't get soaked by the river, you won't be having a temperature of 40°C."
"Shut up and leave."
"Because of my incompetence your life is in danger, for this my life has to end. However, I cannot die in peace knowing that you are ill, so I beg you, let me in the last moment of my life spend my remaining time taking care of you." He was using the same face he had when we first met. I didn't want to see a masked face from him, my ability became out of control and unconsciously, I looked into his heart.
He covered my eyes."No my lady and mistress. I can't let you use your ability while your health is not in good condition. I shall help you get better first."
He let me drank a medicine but my hands felt like weeds, I can't feel my bones.
"Everything will be alright. I'm here for you, never will I leave your side. You can always lean on me." Leaning on him, I felt his chest come in contact with my shoulder, like a brick wall trying to prevent me from falling.
"Please drink this my mistress."
But I'm still falling..."I don't need the medicine, I'll be fine in no time."
...for him.
"I humbly apologize for this." He let me drank the medicine through his mouth. It made me dizzy, I was almost out of breathe that it made me fall asleep fast.-
I woke up in the sudden opening of the door. The window curtains were placed sideways, paving a way for the rays of the sun to creep over my skin. It kept seeking its way to enter my lenses.
I thank the heavens for a bright and sunny weather.
"Clair! My daughter! Wuuuwuu" Ead surprised me when he engulfed me with a tight hug.
"Oh no! You still haven't fully recovered! You feel very warm! Hmm..if this is what fever does to you then you can have fever all the ti-" his head was hit by a bat, blood started to come out. The responsible one smiled at me.
