Peyton-

I wake up holding Sabrina in my arms and she's still sleeping. She has an oxygen mask on and Beth is sleeping.

A nurse walks in.
"Could you wake Sabrina Please we have to do some testing" she asks and I shake Sabrina lightly.
She groans and looks at me.
She tightens her grip and pulls the blanket over her face.

"You have to get up" I tell her and I move the blanket
She looks at me and then around the room.

The nurse walks out and comes back with a doctor
"Okay I need you both to leave" He tells me and I wake Beth up.

We hug Sabrina before leaving and going in the waiting room.
I fall asleep.

I get woken up by Beth shaking me.
"We can see her" she tells me and we start walking to the elevator I check the time and it's 7pm.

"She's been getting tested all day" I say and Beth nods

"I know" she says and I see an old couple by the elevator with balloons and gifts.

"Beth how is she" the woman asks hugging Beth

"She says she's fine but I don't know" Beth replies and we get in the elevator

"So who's this" the man asks looking at me

"Peyton. Sabrina's friend, the one she told you about" Beth replies and the woman smiles

"I'm Mary this is Bert" she says and I smile

"Nice to meet you" I say and Bert looks angry

"You broke our little Bee" he tells me and cracks his knuckles

"Dad stop" Beth says and we go into Sabrina's room. She's sat up coloring in a book while a doctor is disconnecting things from her

He takes a bandage and starts to bandage her wrists
"Mom Do you have a change of pyjamas please" Sabrina asks quietly and Beth looks through her bag

"No I could go get some" she begins and I take my bag pulling out a sweater

"Here" I say handing it to her and she smiles

"Thanks" she says and I smile.

Beth and Mary help Sabrina up and they go into the bathroom.
The doctor stays and it's an awkward tension.

Soon they come out and my sweater is down to Sabrina's knees.
"I need to bandage your thighs, if you're not comfortable with me doing it. Mom or Gran can do it" he tells her and she nods

"Can Nana do it please" she asks he nods handing Mary the bandages.
Beth lifts Sabrina up and places her on the bed and Mary raises the sweater a bit and we all turn around giving Sabrina privacy.

"Done" Mary says and the doctor reconnects all of the stuff back onto Sabrina and once it's done he leaves.

She moves over "pey" she whispers and I lay next to her. She rests her head on my chest and I wrap my arm around her.

She snuggles into me effortlessly.
"Are you tired? We could come back tomorrow" Bert asks her and she tiredly looks at them

"Sorry Paps. They were doing a lot of tests from early, only now they finished" she tells him quietly and tries sitting up but winces.
I help her sit up and she leans against me for support.

"We can come back tomorrow once you feel better, it's no trouble" Mary says and Sabrina shakes her head

"It's fine" Sabrina replies and her eyes start to flutter close.

"You're exhausted, get some rest we'll come back" Bert says and they kiss her forehead before leaving. Beth goes to get a doctor for Sabrina's medication.

"Hey sabs" I ask and she hums looking at me "wanna be my girlfriend" I ask and she nods smiling

I kiss her forehead and she yawns.
Beth comes back in and sits on the chair and Sabrina falls asleep with her head on my shoulder.

I lay her down and I lay next to her holding her in my arms. My girlfriend.
