Suicidal

Beth-

I wake up to Sabrina laying next to me. I shake her but she doesn't wake up.
"Sabrina wake up" I say panicking. I shake her harder but she doesn't budge.
I see a few packs of empty tablets beside her. I check her pulse which is still beating and I lift her up.
I run out of the room and downstairs calling the hospital.

They send an ambulance over.
I try getting Sabrina to wake up.
"Momma" she says and her eyes start to open
"I'm sorry" she says tears falling down her cheeks.

Her hand takes mine and I hear the ambulance.
"Let me go momma" she says and I shake my head

"No don't do this to me" I tell her and the doctors come rushing in.

They put her on a stretcher and I go inside the ambulance with them while they connect her to multiple machines

"Okay do you know your name" one asks and she closes her eyes

"Sabrina" she says and I nod

"Sabrina what" he pushes and she starts to breathe harder

"Carpenter" she replies her voice sounding in agony.

"Okay Sabrina I need you to breathe into this, it's going to help you breathe" he tells her putting an oxygen mask over her head
Her chest rises and falls slowly and she tries taking the mask off.

Her lips move and she's trying to say something. He removes it
"Peyton" she breathes and I look at her

"I know you miss him" I tell her and her eyes start to drop. The doctor quickly puts the mask back on her and she makes a phone sign with her hand

I get my phone and dial Peyton's number.

Peyton/ Beth I am so sorry for what I did to Sabrina, I've been trying to get hold of her for weeks and I know what I did is unacceptable-

Beth- Peyton, Sabrina is in the ambulance right now she tried overdosing on pills. She wants you here with her.

Peyton- I'm at the airport I just landed, Tell her I'm coming.

Beth- Okay

I end the call and look at Sabrina.
"Sabrina I need you to fight Okay, Peyton's coming he's on his way to the hospital right now" I tell her while taking her hand in mine.

I can see she's trying to fight it. "We're here" another doctor says and they place her onto another stretcher and they start rushing into the hospital.

I hear her scream and cry for me and Peyton as they wheel her away.

I get told to go in the waiting room and I listen.
I sit on the chair crying. Hoping  that she's going to be okay.
