Dear Hermione and Ron,

Today was honestly very exciting, but I can't tell you everything since Hexa wanted me and Draco to keep it a secret. Maybe when you meet her, I can convince her to open up a little more to you two.

It started with Hexa telling us, since she and Abigail made up and are now friends, that Abigail would be sitting with us for lunch and dinner every day. We didn't really get a choice, so we gave in.

The gift I got was a necklace.

(A/N Please pretend he described the necklace in the letter, even though I can't.)

Then, we went to McGonnagall's office to get her help with something (that something is part of the secret Hexa wanted us to keep), and it turns out Hexa is her favorite student, and as a Christmas present for her, she helped out. Who knew McGonnagall had a favorite student?

Then we went out before lunch, hanging out under a tree. Hexa showed us how she fights with daggers (something she usually keeps hidden, but it isn't something that she asked me not to tell you. Still don't tell anyone though). She's really good at it.

Then we had lunch with Abigail, which wasn't as bad as I expected, but I hate that Hexa can be friends with such a bitch.

After that we went into the woods, which was super exciting and I'd love to tell you guys about it, but it's part of Hexa's biggest secret, so without her permission I really can't tell you guys anything. I'm really sorry, Hermione. I know you hate not knowing stuff.

Thankfully, I was able to get out of dinner with Abigail early with the excuse that I had to right you two a letter.

Oh, and the hint today was that now that I have the necklace, it's like a piece of them will always be with me. Draco and Hexa came up with a ton of ideas about what they could mean. They could really like dragons, or jewelry, or necklaces in particular, or just because they were the ones who gifted it, but Draco reasoned that it wasn't exactly a fact. Not to mention I have seven other gifts from them.

Anyways, write back soon, and I'll send a letter tomorrow.

Harry Potter

Dear Harry,

I wish you didn't have to keep it a secret. You're right, I'm very curious about this secret of Hexa's, but I suppose I won't pry since it's not exactly your choice, and she doesn't even know me yet.

As for Abigail, if she's really friends with Hexa, and not just to get close to you, I say you should give her a second chance, and don't be so harsh. I know Hexa's like your little sister, but I think she's smart enough and strong enough to handle this.

The gift seems quite special, and very expensive, and the facts included in the notes are very vague, though I guess if they were too specific it'd give them away, so I suppose I understand that much. There are many ways to interpret what your admirer meant.

The daggers are indeed an interesting subject, as most witches and wizards rely only on magic and believe that muggle objects aren't the best, especially when it comes to fighting. Are there perhaps any enchantments on these blades?

Well, I believe that about covers it. I'm awaiting your message.

Until then,

Hermione
