Charlie's POV:
The alarm clock goes off and I tiredly turn it off. I scratch my eyes and lie back down in the bed. I roll over to the side to see Leo lying next to me. He's peacefully sleeping and breathing slowly. I don't want to wake him up now when he looks so cute.
I rest my head on my pillow, rolling over to the side. I look at him. I can't believe we're engaged now. I can't believe I get the chance to marry this amazing guy. I can't even believe that I get to call him mine.

I slowly raise my hand and stroke a strand of hair behind his ear.
"Leo." I say softly, moving my hand down to his cheek, rubbing it carefully. "Time to wake up, love."
I lean forward and kiss him on the cheek, smiling at how cute he is. I carefully shake his body a bit so he will wake up, and when he finally opens his eyes, I stop.

He slowly opens them and looks at me tiredly. Not many seconds later he lets out a big yawn.
"What time is it?" He mumbles sleepily in a husky voice that sends shivers down my spine.
"Half past seven." I reply.

"Then I don't need to get up yet." Leo answers and closes his eyes again. He looks like he will fall asleep straight away.
"Yes, you do. School starts in an hour, come on." I say softly. Leo just whines and rolls over to the other side, his back facing me. I sigh smiling and sit up. I get out of bed and start to get dressed, a white hoodie and black skinny jeans. And of course, my hat. I wear it everyday and all the time. No matter if I'm inside or outside, my hat is always with me.

When I turn back around to Leo, he's already asleep again. I smile at him again. I mean, seriously, what's cuter than a sleeping Leondre Devries?
"Leo, come on. You have to get up, otherwise you'll get late for school." I say, walking over to him. He blinks a few times and looks up at me before closing his eyes again.
"Carry me." He replies, holding out his arms to me. I lean down and kiss him on the cheek. Then I pick him up into my arms and he rests his head against my shoulder. I carry him out of the room and into the living room. I place him on the couch and he quickly pulls a blanket over himself.

"I'm gonna go and fix some breakfast." I say and kiss his forehead. He just smiles lazily and nods before I disappear out of the room.

Leondre's POV:
I turn on the TV and lie down on the couch. I'm so freaking tired, I just want to sleep. I take up my phone and start writing a text to my mum.
'Charlie proposed to me yesterday, I'm so happyyyyyyy'
I click send and just wait for her to reply. I don't know whether she will like it or not, but I don't really care anymore. Plus, I think she has started to like Charlie since he literally saved my life.

Charlie comes back to the living room with a tray in his hands. He places it on the small coffee table in front of me and smiles. I look at it and see two cups of hot chocolate and some sandwiches.
"Hot chocolaaaaate." I exclaim and immediately sit up. Charlie just laughs at me and sit down beside me. I grab one of the cups and start sipping on it. I burn my whole mouth though, but I really don't care because it tastes so good!
"Are you excited for school?" Charlie asks, looking at me. I look back at him with a 'seriously?' - look on my face. He grins at me. "I take that as a 'no'."

We keep talking and I have a genuinely cozy and amazing morning. I actually even forget about that I'm going to school, but when I realize it again, I go from extremely happy to extremely sad.

Charlie's POV:
The day flows by and I just spend the whole day home alone watching TV and playing computer games. When the time finally is quarter to three, I get up and starting driving to Leo's school. I listen to really loud music and sing along as I drive into the school area and park the car. The time is five past three so Leo should have ended school now. I send him a text that I'm here and decide to sit and wait for another ten minutes.
