"Thanks, babe," she replies. "Is everything alright now with everyone?"
"I think so," I reply. "I mean I think me and Jamie will probably stay friends."
"And you and Jack?" She grins, chucking me a towel that lays over my red bikini. "Are you guys back on?"
"What do you mean?"
"You two were practically dating before this whole thing happened. Remember? You used to lay in the hammocks together, do the dunny,"
"Because that was so romantic!" I joke, "but yeah, I think we'll see what happens."

"Phone!" Shappi exclaims. With Holly lying next to me on Jamie's bed as he's out doing the trial, she rolls over onto her side to jump up and answer the phone.
"Careful!" I exclaim as she tips the bed when getting up so fast, rolling and chucking me straight onto the floor. "Ow!" I moan, rubbing my back as I sit up, looking over at everyone in hysteric laughter.
"Sorry, Jack!" Holly laughs from the top of camp. Opening the door and entering the phone box, she reads out the question asked. "Which sex is more likely to look through their partner's phone? Male, or female?"
"Obvious isnt it?" Dennis claims. "Females?"
"200% females." Amir agrees to which Holly objects.
"I've never looked through a partners phone in my life though," she continues. "Do you not think male?"
"I think female," Becky answers. "Definitely."
"So female?" Holly asks. Receiving a yes from all of the campmates, she inputs the answer and hangs the phone up. "I'll be surprised if that's wrong." She laughs. "Are you ok, Jack?"
"Good, yeah." I hunch over when sitting back up onto the material. Rubbing my back as a pain shoots up the nerves from where I fell flat out, Holly comes to sit beside me, rubbing circles across my skin.
"Right Amir," Holly questions, standing up and walking into a clear open space to the right of where the fire lays. "Give me your opinion. Is this a kung fu move?"
Doing a small run and projecting herself out from her right knee, she kicks her other leg up and out, creating the sound of a kung-fu fighter and moving her arms to punch the air.
"That was good!" He applauds, looking at the move. "Just jump a bit higher and kick out, but yeah. You have really good balance, Holl."
"Thank you!" She grins, trying again. Projecting herself higher, and landing up on one foot, she quickly trips over her own feet and lands on all fours on the muddy outback floor.
"So much for good balance!" I laugh, rolling back in utter hysterics. Laughing so much, the strain on my throat causes my breathing to restrict. I wipe away the tears of laughter and turn around to examine Jennie and Jamie coming back down the pathway.
"You got it?" Kez shouts the question with her fingers crossed. With a subtle no and shaking of heads, Jennie asks what we all agreed on.
"You go with female?" Jamie questions to which we all nod our heads. "Like why would it be male? Has anyone here actually looked through a partners phone?"
"Oh, me." Amir laughs, raising his arm and admitting to the crime.
"Then why didn't you say anything!" Becky shouts in frustration, her arms lifting from where she's cooking up the rice and beans.
"Oh," he laughs, "I forgot to."
With dinner almost eaten, only digesting spoonfuls of flavourless beans and plain rice, Holly and Jamie take all of the plates and such down to the creek to wash them.
Holly P.O.V
"Thanks for helping J," I say in gratefulness. "Thank god Iain's asleep because if he caught us doing each other's jobs, he would slaughter us."
"True," he laughs. "Look, Holly. I'm sorry again for what happened. I don't know why I kissed you all of a sudden, and-"
"Don't mention it." I intervene. Just the memory of such a great friend swerving and kissing me in the heated moment is one to look back and cringe about.
"I have to." He huffs. "Like, what's going to happen now between us, because, like, I know Jack likes you. I think you like him as well?"
"He's ok." I laugh. "But, has he told you that he likes me?"
"Yeah. When we went to have a chat he told me. Look, Holly, so are you and I friends or?"
"J," I start. "I do like you as a mate, and I love your hugs. But, you're twice my age, you have kids as well. You've been married, you're a huge actor, and I'm just a regular girl that ended up in the jungle because she uploads videos to YouTube. Look," I end. "Can we just stay mates?"
He nods, walking over and pulling me into his muscly chest. "Of course we can."
"Good." I sigh in relief. "But for god's sake put a shirt on when you walk across the camp because your abs are too good for me not to look."
"Well if it gets too hot, then you might be in for a treat." He laughs, scooping some of the cold water from the creek that we are washing the pots in, and splashing it over my bare legs.
"Jamie!" I gasp, splashing him back, and dropping the pots and pans, sprinting back to camp before he tries to chase me and catch me.
Reaching camp again, and settling in Jack and Jennie's arms like old times, we all start to doze off and end up going to bed early.
The next morning...
"Good morning!" Ant cheers per usual as the pair make their way into camp. Feeling the heat irradiate from the fire, Jack's body heat from the way his arm is flunked around my shoulder, and the inside warmth of peace in camp, Dec starts to read the normal information.
"So the public have been voting for who they next want to face the next BushTucker trial, and the vote goes as follows,
Shappi, it's not you,
Jennie, it's not you,
Vanessa, it's not you,
Iain, it's not you,
Becky, it might be you,
Jack, it's not you,
Holly, it's not you,
Amir, it's not you,
Kez, it's not you,
Jamie, it might be you,
Which means Dennis, it's not you."
"The person that the public have voted to face the next bushtucker trial is... both of you! Jamie and Becky, please make your way to the clearing shortly. For the rest of you, good luck and we shall see you soon."
As the boys head away from the camp, Jamie and Becky stand, shortly discussing what the trial may entail. "We will see you guys later!"
"Bye guys!" I return, giving both of them good luck hugs as they scurry off together down to the clearing. "That's the dream team right there."
"They'll be good." Jack agrees, coming over to behind where I'm standing, and wrapping his hands around the back of my shoulders he presses a peck to the top of my head. Clasping his hands and turning myself around in his hold to face his chest, I look up at his cheeky grin.
"You know," I say. "I'm starting to fall for you all over again."
He grins, "oh yeah? Well, I never stopped."
