"Awesome!" I chant, jumping up and frisbee-ing my hat into my hammock. "Jack, Jamie? Walk me down?"

After lots of goodbyes and good lucks, Jamie and Jack, walk me to the bridge, chanting my name in some sort of rhyme they've created.

"Good luck Holly," Jamie hugs me goodbye at the bridge side. Moving to Jack, he pecks my lips, tapping my shoulder and wishing me luck.

"Bring back 9 stars!" They exclaim.

"Hello boys," I smile, pushing my way through the branches overloading the pathway. "How are you both?"

"We are pretty good," Ant replies, "What about you?"

"Good, I mean - Wow!" I breathe, looking over the clearing. It isn't the normal clearing, but just a field. "I'm so confused?"

"Well we will explain all in a second," Dec says, "How are things in camp?"

"They're good yeah, moral is a little higher because no one went this morning, but it's all good so far."

"Well I'm sure you're wondering why you're here; shall we explain the trial?"

"Please," I laugh.

"This," Ant points over the field to a box. "Is 'The Stakes R High'. You will lay in the crate that will be raised 50 feet into the air. You will then endure 9 minutes in the box as there are 9 meals for camp, so for every minute you stay in the box, you win a meal."

"Easy?" I try.

"Well, you won't be alone in there." Ant sniggers. "But obviously you don't have to do the trial, you can just head back to camp now but you will go back empty handed."

"Not a chance." I cheer. "Let's do this."

Being strapped into the box by a ranger, adjusted in with a velcro strap and the box being secured, Ant and Dec begin to talk into my ear as the box is raised.

"You ok Holly?"

"Good," I answer, "how high am I?"

"About 25 feet, halfway. How are you feeling?"

"All good so far," I answer. Being lifted ever so slowly, it's simple. Staring up at the sky and the clouds and the blue, it's mesmerisingly peaceful. For now anyway...

"You're at full height Holly, so the timer will start on the clackson. Keep your legs down."

"Ok!" I reply with a shout over the clackson. For the first 20 seconds, I lay with no company. "This is easy lads."

"Just wait," Dec laughs. "Coming in with you now are 10 jungle pythons."

By my feet, a heavyweight slithers fast up against my leg, a scaly feeling shredding against my skin like sandpaper. With a tickle, another python climbs my shorts and across my waist, facing up at me and revealing its tongue.
