The Meat {Alice x Reader}

I thought I would try and write a one-shot with a girl character of Pandora Hearts for a change.

You and Alice spent most of the day with Oz and Gilbert walking around the market. Oz and Gilbert were way ahead of you both as you kept stopping to wait for Alice as she gawked at the delicious meat.

"Come on, Alice! They will leave us behind if we don't catch up!" You said trying to drag the always hungry girl away from the meat stand.

"But {y/n}, how often do we come to the market place? I want to buy some meat!" She whined as she ran back over to the stand drooling.

You kookier worriedly up ahead to see Oz and Gilbert in the distance. Rolling your eyes you sighed and walked back over to Alice.

"Fine, I'll buy you some meat, then we have to hurry and catch up with the two." You said taking out a few coins and handing them over to the cashier.

"Really?! Really!? Thank you {y/n}!!" Alice exclaimed as she took her meat with a big grin.

You wondered how she could be so cute, yet very scary during battle. Anytime you had to go out on missions with Alice, Oz, and Gilbert, Alice always got into character. You never imagined her real personality would be so...adorable. You blushed at your thoughts.

"Alice, did you happen to see where they have ran off to?" You asked.

"Mhng." Alice said as she chewed one a big chunk of meat.

"Yes...very helpful, Alice." You stifled back a laugh.

After awhile of looking for the boys, both you and Alice had grins tired of walking. You all had headed out to the market early afternoon, and you could now see it was becoming evening. The sky was a beautiful pink and purple as it faded into orange and yellow.

"It's pretty, isn't it?" You asked.

Both of you had decided to take a break and sit down on the road of stairs in a back alley from the market, where it was a lot more quieter.

Alice turned and looked at you before she didn't something that almost made you jump out of your skin. She had bitten your cheek.

"A-Alice!" You exclaimed blushing wildly as you put a hand over were she had bitten you. "W-what was that for?!"

Alice looked away trying to hide the slight blush that tinted her cheeks, but you obviously didn't miss seeing that sight. "You looked upset {y/n}, and I was just trying to make you feel better. Sharon says that's the best way for cheering someone you like up."

You blushed even more as you went into another state of shock. "L-like!? You l-like me, Alice!?" You exclaimed in stutters.

"Well, of course I do {y/n}. Other than Oz and Seaweed head, you are my favorite person to be around. You are different from the others and I like that about you." She said as she still hid her face.

You couldn't keep your heart from beating, you swore Alice could have heard it. "Well, I..uh..like you too, Alice." You said hiding your face from Alice as well.

As you both sat in uncomfortable silence for what seemed like forever, you felt warmth enveloping over your hand. Looking down you saw yours and Alice's hands intertwined. You smiled making Alice grin shyly.

You wished you could stay like this forever, but eventually Oz and Gilbert had both found, and interrupted your beautiful moment. Making Alice argue as Gilbert scolded her the whole way home.
