A Day In Bed {Reim x Reader}

It was a freezing cold morning as you had woken up. You laid in your warm bed all morning not wanting to move. You even missed breakfast because of this. You decided food wasn't as important at this moment, besides someone would come get you very soon.

Just as that thought crossed your mind a knock came to the door. Groaning you called, "come in!"

Reim walked in holding a tray of breakfast. "Good morning {y/n}, I hope you sleep well. You missed breakfast even though we did call for you, so I brought you some of what we saved." He said setting the tray of food on your bedside table.

The food looked so appetizing, from apple slices to strawberries with a whipped topping, pancakes, and your favorite tea.

"This looks so delicious Reim, thank you!" You said delightedly as you picked up your fork and began to eat.

"You are welcome, {y/n}. I'll be sure to tell Gilbert you enjoyed his cooking." Reim said as he went to head out the door, bit something caught hold of his arm startling him a bit.

"{y/n}? Is everything alright?" He asked turning to face you. You had quickly jumped out of bed and went after him without really thinking why.

"Well, um..its cold out this morning, and you're probably tired of babysitting everyone. So if you would like...you could stay here with me for a bit." You said shyly making Reim blush.

"I-if you insist, I guess I can keep you company for a bit." He sat down next to you on your bed flustered. He didn't know what to do in this kind of situation.

"Here," you said handing him one of your strawberries. "You have got to eat something. I'll gladly share my breakfast!" You said with a grin as he took the strawberry hesitatingly.

"T-thank you, {y/n}." He stuttered once again.

After time Reim had seemed to have gotten more relaxed as you both chatted the morning away. You both had so much fun talking about favorite books, memories, and just about everything else you could think of.

You looked at the clock and saw it was 8 o'clock at night. "Oh my goodness!" You said covering your moth with your hand. "It's already 8 at night!"

Reim's face flushed as he quickly stood away from the bed. "I-I'm so sorry
{y/n}, I didn't mean to keep you this long!" He quickly apologized making you giggle.

"It's okay reim, today was very fun!" You said getting up and walking over to reim. "Thank you for your company, Reim." You smiled and got up on your tiptoes giving him a small kiss on the cheek.

"Y-you are welcome {y/n}, I had a lot of fun too!" He stuttered and gave you a warming smile before he left your room in embarrassment.
