Rise of the Dragon Master

Chapter Eight

Toothless and I flew to Meathead island to retrieve Johann's lost goods. We arrived at night and landed quietly on the roof of the great hall and listened as the Meatheads walked by. "I looted a ship earlier and it was loaded with goods." I heard one Meathead say to another as he walked out of the great hall. I followed the pair into the forest and onto a beach where a ship was docked. I decide to make my move and Toothless and I landed between them and the boat. "Hello gentlemen." I said met by their looks of shock and horror as a night fury and its rider sat in front of them. "I believe this ship belongs to a friend of mine". I said with a steely edge to my voice. "Would either of you oppose of me taking it back to him?" I asked. They both violently shook their heads no. "Then you may leave" I said. The two of them ran out of there as fast as they could. I sat their laughing with Toothless when I heard a dragon's distress call in the distance. "Let's go bud." I said and we took to the air in search of the dragon in trouble.

A few minutes passed until we found it. Inside the arena they were killing dragons. "Why?" I thought to myself. "The dragon raids are over." "We have to help bud." Toothless growled in agreement. We dove and Toothless let out the infamous Night Fury whistle. Down below I heart shouts of "Night Fury!" And "Get down!" Toothless blasted a whole in the chain dome and we flew in. We quickly went to work blasting open all of the cages freeing the dragons inside. I then identified the head viking and Toothless pounced on him pinning him to the ground. What I saw in the man's eyes was pure fear. "Spread the word to the other Viking tribes, I am the Dragon Master and I am coming to free their dragons." With that Toothless roared in the man's face and we flew off.

I hooked up the newly freed dragons to Johann's ship and they towed it back to Thor's Fist.

When I arrived I had the dragons set Johann's ship down at the docks. I then went to meet Johann who waiting for me in the hangar. "Ah, welcome back Master Stryker." He said. "Hello Johann." I replied. I then saw stones sitting to Johann's left chewing on some rocks and wagging her tail. "I see someone has taken a shining to you." I said with a smirk. "Oh, yes Stones and I have become rather close in the few days you were gone." He said and tossed her another rock. "That's awesome Johann." I said with a smile. "I found your ship Johann it's at the docks right now." I told him. "Oh, Master Stryker you really have outdone yourself thank you so very much." He said grasping my hand and shaking it roughly. I let out a long sigh. "Johann I can trust you , right?" I asked.  "Well of course Master Stryker I have kept many secrets for many people I met throughout my travels." He said and then continued on about a bed wetting boy he met. "Johann." I said bringing him back to reality. "I trust you." With that I removed my helmet showing my face for the first time in two years. Johann looked at me quizzically and the realization crossed his face. "Master Hiccup." He said. "Is that really you?". "It's me Johann." I replied. "I'm-I''m speechless." he said. "All of this time I thought you were dead and you've been right here all along keeping this secret." He stared at me in wonder. "Yes, I replied, and it needs to stay that way." "Nobody can know who I am." I told him very seriously. "Your secret is safe with me." He said. "Good, I replied, but I do need you to do one thing for me." I told him. "Anything." He said nodding vigorously as if agreeing with himself. I then looked him in the eyes and very seriously said. "I need you to spread the tale of the Dragon Master."
