I led the group into the hangar and once again explained the rules as Johann would be here in a few hours. "My friend will be glad to take you home but his connection to me can never be revealed." They all nodded their understanding. "The story is he found you abandoned on a small island and came with you back to Berk as soon as he could." I ended asking if they had any questions. Astrid then asked "How do we know that anyone will believe his story?" She asked following up with "I mean we have been gone for a month." Some of the others looked to me as this made sense to them. "That won't be a problem." I responded smirking. "Why?" Astrid asked prying. "Because it's someone all of Berk trusts." I responded. They all look puzzled at this so I elaborated "Trader Johann." I said. This shocked them all but they accepted it as it did make sense. I looked around at their faces all glowing with excitement except for Astrid who looked troubled. However I pushed that from my mind. I would miss them all after living with almost no human contact for almost three years it had been nice living with them for a month even if I hadn't gone exploring and was forced to wear my stuffy helmet at all times. I would especially miss Astrid. There was something about her that I hadn't felt since I left Berk. "Alright, I said eventually, you lot better go get packed I'm gonna make dinner." With that we all left the hangar in anticipation of what was to come.

Two hours later I had finished making a feast of mutton chops, fish stew, fresh baked bread, and boiled cabbage which I only made because it was Johann's favorite. The other's came back with their few possessions they had after the ship wreck. They all sat around the table waiting as I laid out the feast. Since they had arrived I had built five more chairs and made the table larger as all of my furnishings had been made only to house myself and Johann previously. Just as I finished laying the dishes out on the table I heard a dragon land in the hangar. I hurried over to see Johan standing there patting Stones on the head. I strode over to give the man a hug "Johann!" I exclaimed excitedly. "Ah Hiccup, how are you my dear friend?" He asked as we broke our embrace. He continued not really expecting an answer "I must say my boy I'm quite glad to see you not wearing your silly helmet." At this I laughed. "You do realize that my silly little helmet is he most feared sight in the entire Archipelago?" I asked putting air quotes up when I described my helmet. It was then that the others walked into the room. "Johann you know Astrid, Fishlegs, Snotlout, and the twins" I said gesturing to them. They all said hello to Johann before he inhaled loudly. "Is that your famous boiled cabbage I smell?" He asked me with a smile on his face. I smirked "you say famous I say barely edible... and I'm the chef." I exclaimed mocking my friend. "Either way I'm starved." He said as we all headed into the kitchen.
