As soon as I met his gaze, he directed his eyes to another direction. In a few moments, he was walking toward me.
I could not move. My eyes stayed glued to his form.
Deep breath. I let it out shakily.
He was so near.
And... he was gone.
The idiot continued walking. He didn't even glance at me.
I thought we were friends! I huffed in frustration.
Was that it? He's just going to believe his cousin? He won't even look at me?
I didn't get why I was mad. But most of all, I didn't get why I was not even a teeny tiny bit sad. I just... felt nothing.
