There is love with the way your eyes reflect mine
There is love with the way your smiles reach your eyes
There is love with the way you look into my soul
And tell me how much you're so in love with me
There is love the moment you stopped and stared
The moment you looked and smiled
The moment your eyes twinkled
Like the stars up in the cold and mysterious night sky
There is love with every laughter we shared
There is love with every single tear you wiped away
There is love with every single argument we tried to fix 'cause we both know it was not worth it
There is love when we end up laughing after telling you what's been bothering me
There is love when we end up hugging each other after a small cat and dog fight
There is love when we end up holding each other's hands after a very tiring day
'cause we both know it was what we needed to forget how tired we were
Then I remembered saying 'things were meant to change'
Thought things would go better and happy and all
'Cause that's what I thought what would happen
And not the other way around
But now
Telling you what's been bothering me seemed to annoy you
Small fights seemed to go bigger and bigger 'til we don't know how to fix them any longer
Those tiring days seemed to hinder our love for each other
Right now
Your eyes are as cold as the winter night
Your smiles are fake like those jewelries sold during midnight
Your stares pass through me as if I don't exist in the world you built where only you and I reside
At this very moment
I knew that there was that emotion
There was affection
There was love
Oh yes, there was love
With the way your eyes does not reflect mine anymore
With the way your smiles does not reach your eyes just like before
With the way you look into my soul and tell me how much you're sorry for you chose her again over me
