~Unknown POV~
Her hair shines like melting chocolate, and her emerald green eyes sparkle as if Ra put stars in her eyes. Every piece of clothing forms and enhances her curves; when she wears her gown, the fabric clings to her perfectly formed breasts.

I watch her leave school with a blonde guy, I clench my teeth. My princess is with THAT boy?!? I decided to take my princess back and away from that boy. I WILL make her love me.

~Adrien's POV~

Her smile is so contagious, that I can't help but smile back at her. Her hand fits perfectly in mine; my heart races- almost jumping out of my chest. Her eyes are fixated on the scenery outside, the dark grey clouds come tumbling in, and it looks like it's getting closer to rain.

As if on cue, thunder booms, making Iris jump a little and her voice squeal a bit. As soon as the limo stops in front of the house, we both run in, laughing at the sudden storm. My father is nowhere to be found- as always- so we go to my room and prepare to study for our English test. The thunder booms louder and longer this time, Iris pounces on me, making me land on my bed. Her petite body is shaking violently, I hold her tightly, rocking her back and forth. Tears pour down her cheeks, soaking my shirt. She really must be terrified of thunderstorms.

"I'm sorry," she sniffles, "it's just I've never experienced a storm like this. I've seen and been through plenty of sandstorms. But never a storm like this."

I wipe her tears away with my thumb, " it's okay, it's called a thunderstorm. They're more lethal than a sandstorm. But as long as you stay in a sheltered area, you won't get hurt." I caress her cheek lightly.

What am I doing? Don't I love Ladybug? I don't know anymore. As I spend more and more time with Iris, I begin to feel something. A connection between us, a bond I can't explain. I know Ladybug won't return my feelings, anyway. Maybe I can give Iris a chance, I mean she is cute, sweet, caring, protective, and mysterious. I like that she's all those things; maybe she is the one for me and not Ladybug?

She stops shaking, instead, she keeps her arms around me, "I won't let you get hurt." I whisper.

-time skip brought to you by chocolate chip cookies-

I open my tired eyes to Iris still on top of me, but she's fallen asleep some time ago. She looks so peaceful with her brown hair covering part of her face-her makeup wiped away from all of her tears. Her hands stay where they were a few hours ago, around my neck. I kiss the top of her head and her eyes flutter open, still filled with sleep.

"Hey," I smile.

She yawns and sits up. "What time is i-"

She glances over to the alarm clock on my bedside which reads 6:30 am. Did we sleep in my room with her in my arms? She stands up and stretches, her back muscles flexing and then relaxing. Gosh, she's beautiful. Snap out of it, Adrien. Remember? School??

"We should get ready for school," I state.

"Will it rain again as it did last night?" Her green eyes stare into mine.

"I don't think it will, but if it does, I'll be right there to protect you." I kiss her cheek.

She blushes and then nods. She leaves my room so I can change my clothes. My heart raced at the thought of seeing Iris and being with her ALL day.

"What's up with you and that girl?" Plagg finally comes out of the trashcan.

"Nothing is going on, Plagg." I defend, "she's just a really good friend?" Ugh, I can't lie to Plagg. He knows me too well.

The expression on his face says it all. "You like her."

I blush, "So what if I do? There's nothing wrong with liking a girl."

"What about Ladybug?"

My heart sinks. "She would never return my feelings, Plagg. But I know Iris can love me as Adrien AND Chat Noir." I sigh at the mention of Iris's name. It's so beautiful, just like her.

~Iris's POV~

After last night's experience, I've decided that thunderstorms and I don't mix too well. I leave Adrien's room to go and change. I know it's still going to be wet outside, so I decide to put this on:

After I put my jacket on, I grab my phone, sunglasses, and purse; I get downstairs and meet Adrien in the dining room for breakfast

After I put my jacket on, I grab my phone, sunglasses, and purse; I get downstairs and meet Adrien in the dining room for breakfast. He's more talkative this morning.

"Iris, were you okay with me saying that you're my girlfriend yesterday?" He sets down his fork and looks at me.

"If I wasn't, I wouldn't have told Chloe that you're my boyfriend." I smile.

His cheeks flush and I giggle, it's interesting how I have such reactions from him. After breakfast, we get to the limo and start our short journey to school. Adrien's fingers lace with mine; he kisses the back of my hand. He's such a gentleman. I think my parents would approve of him. I smile at that idea.

The car ride is soon over and we're greeted by Nino and Alya. Ayla hugs me and Nino's fist bumps Adrien. Where's Marinette? Not that I care.
